Dana S. Speer, Attorney

Dana Speer, Of Counsel, represents social security disability / SSI claimants, victims of personal injuries resulting from product liability, auto accidents/vehicle fires, trucking accidents/eighteen-wheeler accidents, work-related accidents, industrial site accidents, and chemical/toxic exposure cases. In her more than 21 years of practicing law, she has successfully represented hundreds of individuals, business entities and corporations, and is a fierce representative of her clients. In addition to her personal injury practice, Dana has significant experience in commercial and business litigation, representing both individuals and business entities in breach of contract, debt collection services and specific performance suits. Dana also handles family law and child custody and support matters.

Dana grew up in West Texas, and attended Texas Tech University where she received a degree in education. After graduating magna cum laude from South Texas College of Law, Dana earned invaluable experience working in General Litigation for Conoco Inc. She then moved to Shreveport, Louisiana, where she practiced personal injury and social security disability law for six years. Returning to Houston, Dana practiced 10 years with a well-known, downtown boutique law firm, where she maintained a complex litigation practice, in particular handling a national docket for one of America’s best known and largest chemical companies.
