David Agee | Bradenton Real Estate Lawyer

Mr. Agee is a managing partner of Reid & Agee, PLLC having joined the firm in 2007. Since becoming a member of the Florida Bar in 2004, David has focused his practice on real estate law, business law and estate planning, with an emphasis on real estate transactions.

David has handled thousands of real estate transactions from the initial negotiation, through due diligence, closing and issuance of title insurance. He has unique experience & knowledge concerning structuring complex commercial transactions to minimize transaction costs. David represents several mobile home cooperatives and he is well versed in the issues and problems that such communities face.

In addition to his real estate practice, David represents many commercial and individual clients and in connection with such representation he has advised on such matters as entity creation, corporate governance and estate planning. David frequently speaks at seminars and lectures concerning his areas of focus. He has been invited as a speaker at such forums as Lorman Education.
