Ms. Crinigan is a partner in the Subrogation Department and represents major property and casualty insurers on a national and regional basis.  Ms. Crinigan focuses in the areas of complex fire, construction and products liability litigation.  She provides representation and counseling to clients from the incipient stages of a disaster through the time of trial.  In addition, her practice includes representation in private arbitrations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. 

Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida, Ms. Crinigan is also admitted to appear before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third and Eighth Circuits, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.  Ms. Crinigan has also been admitted pro hac vice to federal and state courts in Alabama, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Maine, Minnesota, New York, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

Ms. Crinigan was a Presidential Scholarship recipient at Mount Saint Mary's College and received her B.S. in 1990.  She received her M.B.A. and J.D. from Temple University in 1994.  Ms. Crinigan is also a Fellow of the Academy of Advocacy, 2000, and is a member of American Trial Lawyers Association, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.  In addition, she has presided as an arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania since 1996.
