Upon entering into the practice of law with our Firm, Ms. El Fadel quickly distinguished herself as a respected and tenacious trial advocate for our clients and most recently is noted for overturning a local government ordinance through her thorough and effective constitutional law representation of one of our Firm’s clients. Ms. Anastasia J Mahone, Esq. built and manages the Premiere Divorce, Paternity and Family Law Division at K/S Attorneys at Law in matters, including but not limited to: - Divorce / Dissolution of Marriage; - Child support establishment/modification; - Parenting Plans / Time-sharing / Visitation (also known as child custody) establishment/modification; - Paternity establishment/disestablishment; - Restraining Orders; - Step-parent Adoption; - Parental Relocation with Minor Children; - Post final judgment matters. Anastasia also practices various other civil litigation actions, Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR), as well as, personal injury. Anastasia graduated from high school at the age of sixteen and proceeded to obtain a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology along with a minor in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University in 2009 with. In 2014, Anastasia, after attending law school at night and maintaining full-time employment throughout, received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Nova Southeastern Shephard Broad Law School and, upon admittance to the Florida Bar, joined K/S Attorneys at Law providing legal service to firm clients demonstrating a resilient and unbridled passion and dedication to the law and the needs of the firm’s clients. Anastasia has professional experience in the fields of Mental Health and Substance Abuse. Her employment experience affords Anastasia a unique and uncanny ability to identify and empathize with the tribulation of firm clients while understanding and being compassionate knowing the extent of emotional hardship and trauma life or business can lead to that ultimately requires legal advocacy or assistance.
