Don Kendall has deep roots in Benton County, Arkansas. Don’s family were among the first people to settle in Northwest Arkansas. Eight generations later, the Kendall family still calls this community home. Today, Don and his family of 15 are proud to continue the family traditions of civic participation and community service.
After serving on active duty as an Army infantry officer, Don returned to the area to open his law practice in 1971. In 1975, he with partners acquired one of the region’s oldest businesses, Benton County Abstract Company, where he would serve as president for nearly 30 years while continuing his law practice.
In over 40 years of practice, Don has counseled clients in a wide variety of legal areas. He is honored to have earned the trust of his friends and neighbors in Northwest Arkansas.
