She was cold and somewhat condescending. Then she said she wouldn’t touch my case with a 10 foot pole. In an already highly charged and emotionally intense situation; this only exacerbates damage and enhances the trauma. Her responses were neither professional, empathetic or acceptable while dealing with clients.

She has been wonderful so far, very understanding and patient. Also very compassionate. I would highly recommend her.
