I’m not really sure on where to start. Rod Kimes missed zoom meetings for our court dates and made excuses saying his phone died, But calls and texts messages were still going through. Most unprofessional lawyer I’ve ever met. He doesn’t keep you informed on what is going on with the case. Rod doesn’t answer calls or return them. Was not helpful at all with the whole process. The whole business was very unprofessional. Front desk lady is completely worthless. **ALSO if you pay with cash make sure to get a receipt. They do not give you one and will double charge you. WORST LAWYER AND BUSINESS. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Was appointed Jeff Livingston as my lawyer. We scheduled to meet on a Monday morning, I called his office to see when he would be available to meet I was told he was not availathat he was in court all day. We were suppose to meet up 30 min before court hearing, I showed up 45 min early and he was not there. It's been 2 weeks since I was appointed him and I've spent all of 5 min talking with him. Not happy I tried to personally hire him and was rudely told to get a court appointed lawyer.

Extremely rude, lazy and slow. If you want your business taken care of professionally and prompt, don’t go to him.

Do not use this firm if you would like anything done or any calls returned. Completely inept.

Unfortunately I did not have the pleasure to meet this attorney however he employs staff that is rude on the phone
