I had a great experience with David Rich. His legal guidance helped me to successfully keep my position in the marketing team at a tech company. We negotiated temporary leave with benefits and ultimately came to an agreement about modifying my work schedule that everyone was comfortable with. David clearly explained to me what my employer’s incentives and concerns would be, which enabled me to maintain a good relationship with my employer while getting everything I needed to stay with the company.

David is very professional and genuinely cares about his clients. I have worked with him since early last year. He communicates very well, and I am so thankful I met David. I highly recommend anyone interested in working with him!

He was very rude and unprofessional, he did not even give me a chance to explain why I was calling before telling me that he wouldn’t take my case because in his opinion I could not afford him.

I had issue with my Long Term Disability. David was able to restart it.
