Mack & Associates

After applying to a few Mack & Associates roles, I was really hesitant. I had always applied to jobs on my own and never utilized a staffing agency. My experience with Kayla and the team was great. I can’t thank them all enough for their help during my search. They make sure to take the time to help you find the perfect fit for you and your career goals. They also help you get your foot into the door with some amazing companies and roles. Thanks to their help, I landed a great job that aligned with just what I was look for.

My experience with Mack has been great! This was first experience with an agency like this so i didn’t know what to expect. All it took was one phone call for me to discuss the kind of job I was looking for and in about 2 days they found me a temp-to-hire job. They took the time to prepare me for the interview and gave me insight in what type of people the job wanted. This showed me that they had a great relationship with them and I could only be grateful that they took so much time to prepare me. To keep it short, I was recently hired full time at the job! Mack is great at what they do! Thank you to Jackie and Rachael for being so spot-on and client-oriented! This great experience would not have been possible without you both. I would definitely recommend!

My time with Mack & Associates was excellent. They helped me find part-time work when I wanted to move to another industry and was able to meet employees at different companies across Chicago (some who were also former contractors for Mack & Associates). They It helped me get a feel for what it was like to work in different environments. Also, they receive feedback very well. If I wasn't interested in a position because of the pay or the distance, they would make note of it for future offers. My current role is a dream job for me where I started as a temp and was hired on upon completing my temp contract. If you're a young professional looking to get your foot in the door, Mack and Associates is an excellent recruiter to seek out.

Mack & Associates were nothing short of wonderful. Sometimes it’s not what you know, but who you know, and Mack & Associates have great contacts. Within a month of being in contact with Mack I was gainfully employed. I went on interviews at great companies and received great coaching along the way. They had very helpful tips and hints that really helped me get a leg up. They not only coached me every step along the way, but got to know me as an individual. They did not only evaluate my hard skills but got to know me so they could match me with a company with a culture and philosophy that aligned with me personally. In short, there are not enough great things I can say about this team of people.

Rachael from Mack has gone above and beyond helping me find a full-time position. She's extremely knowledgeable for what she does and knows what I am looking for in my career. She will prepare you for the companies' interview and will let you know how to improve your answers. Moreover, she will make sure you are comfortable and satisfied throughout the entire job search process. Mack & Associates has been professional and responsive to all my questions. I did not know which direction I want to go in my career and they asked all the right questions to help find the positions that fit my expectations. What's best is that they are a free service! ~ I am super satisfied working with Rachael and Mack & Associates!
