If i could give 0 star i will. Unrespectful , hanging up screaming no one return phone call the only person answer is Gary and he is the rudest man i have spoke with Please be aware of them
**My review is for any landlord or real estate practice looking to do business with this firm. Please do your research, Read the reviews of other firms with similar practice and credentials. ( Im convinced that the one 5 star rating came from one of their partners )** A notice was sent to me presumably in error regarding back rent on a newly leased apartment. Fast forward, in addition to reaching out to my landlord, I spoke with a female representative at this firm who was not only overly rude, but stated that I should NOT be contacting the firm (Keep in mind, the notice clearly states to notify their firm within 30 days of receipt or the assumption is that it is valid, and further threatens legal action and court proceedings. ) My issue, is the level of unprofessionalism I received from this firm. I simply needed clarification on disputing the matter.. ie: was this sent in error; whom to respond send official notice to as their mailing is showing as a P.O box; and if certified copies of bank documents are needed. Not only was the rep loud, and stated "she only sent the letter to keep me out of court", but hung up mid sentence on me. She consistently answered the line on several call back attempts, only to stay mute. Not only do I work for the government, but within Property Management myself. The company I am employed with has dealings with this firm, and am very well connected with NYC, Nassau County and Suffolk County officials... not the end.
Horrible lawyers. NO Experience. The situation is not clear Judges
Rude, unprofessional, receptionist is a real C U Next Tuesday who hangs up on people mid-sentence. Also, what kind of law office does not let you speak when they send you correspondence at the wrong address and you're actually trying to help them by giving them the defendant's real address?!?! These bridge and tunnel neanderthals came straight out of a boiler room or must know how to run scams. BEWARE!
I give them a zero! I was sent a letter by this "firm", tried contacting them by phone, no answer. E-mailed them notifying them to stop sending me letters, I have no balance to pay. No answer! These people either are scammers, or have no source of professionalism.
