Dahlia is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Council of Bar Association Presidents. Dahlia is the founder and the former first president of The Jamaican Women of Florida (JWOF), Inc., in 2013, a Non-Profit organization designed to provide an outlet for Jamaican women in Florida to empower themselves through charitable and educational outreach, mentoring and personal development.
