a) Lead counsel in USA v Roman Seleznev case out of Seattle, WA. Lead Counsel in USA v Roman Seleznev in GA and NV.
b) Lead counsel in USA v Dmitriy Smilianets - sentencing scheduled for January 11, 2018
c) Co-Counsel in People of the State of NY v Varun Kejariwal, a rape case which was eventually dismissed - see article here.
d) Co-counsel in USA v Gery Shalon.
e) Co-counsel in USA v Faouzi Jaber - major terrorism case involving Hezbollah and FARC.
f) Co-counsel in USA v Leonid Kaziyev, a multiple bank robbery case where the Defendant took a plea but avoided jail time, see article here.
g) Lead counsel for the pretrial and co-counsel for trial in People of the State of NY v Markens Antoine.
h) Counsel in People of the State of New York v Michael Sorodsky - a doctor accused of raping his patients. The Defendant was given the highest bail ever issued in NY state - $33 million; see article this link. I represented Mr. Sorodsky during post-trial proceedings.
i) Co-counsel in People of the State of New York v Yaakov Weingarten.
