introduction
During law school, I worked in the District Attorney's office as well as a major civil litigation firm. These positions further developed my litigation skills. Since being admitted to the Colorado Bar, I have dedicated my practice to defending persons charged by the government with various offenses including DUI and traffic offenses, misdemeanors and felonies.
The power of the government, via the police and District Attorney, is almost limitless. Only the criminal defense attorney can provide a check to this power. It is my hope to provide that check on behalf of my clients.

Cases
DUI & DWI | All charges dismissed | Mr. E. was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Upon investigation of all the evidence against him, we were able to catch the police officer being less than completely honest in his reports. Upon demonstrating this dishonesty to the district attorney, all charges were dismissed both by the prosecutor and the DMV. DUI & DWI | Not guilty after 45 minutes of jury deliberation | Client charged with 5 counts of vehicular assault and DUI. After exhaustive investigation involving DNA evidence and accident reconstruction, case went to jury trial.
