- My law practice began in 1983 when I handled primarily criminal defense, domestic relations, and collections/bankruptcy matters. In 1985, I joined two other attorneys and formed Goodman, Hudnall and McManus, a law firm that handled collections (and related bankruptcy issues), criminal defense and real estate closings and related matters. I left that firm in May, 1991 and formed the present firm. We have recently formed a non-profit firm, Professional Ministries, Inc., that provides free legal services to the homeless and poor in our area.
