I\'ve had so many memorable cases over the last 20 years that it would be tough to pick just one. We honestly focus on making the cases memorable for our clients and don\'t worry about the attorneys\' experience. Assigning talented litigators to each file and preaching a commitment to having the best bedside manner in the industry is a recipe for success.

Our phone consultations are always free and confidential. During a consultation, the lawyer will evaluate the situation to determine if taking legal action is worthwhile.

It is important to be able to relay to the attorney an accurate account of exactly what happened in the incident. No detail is too small to include.

By far the most rewarding aspect of my job is ensuring clients receive the compensation they deserve during the lowest points in their lives. I have always loved advocating for those who need a strong calm voice under pressure, and my legal practice lets me do that on a daily basis.

I enjoy being involved in my kids' sports and coaching their various teams. I have coached 50 teams in baseball, basketball and football over the years.

My wife and I regularly attend Church of the Highlands with their family. I am a basketball, football and baseball coach with my children and have coached more than 50 youth teams. I have also served as a "big brother" for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Birmingham in past years. Additionally, at the firm, we provide regular phone banks and a weekly call-in show to provide easy access to an attorney to the general public.

• Mr. Wright is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Alabama Association for Justice, formerly known as the Alabama Trial Lawyers' Association. In June 2015, Josh was elected as the 62nd President of ALAJ, and will serve in that capacity until June 2016. Prior to being elected as its President, Josh served as the President Elect and Vice President. Josh was elected in 2010 to the Board of Directors of the Alabama Civil Justice Foundation (ACJF), and was elected as President for that group in June 2014. The ACJF manages and directs state trust account IOLTA monies to various charitable organizations serving disadvantaged, disabled and at risk families and children. Josh served as the president until June 2015.

  Alabama Alcohol Beverage Control Board of Directors (January 2009 Board Meeting). Mr. Wright lobbied the Board for stricter rules and regulations - requiring bars, restaurants and convenience stores across the State of Alabama to obtain more insurance -- that would protect Alabama citizens from drunk drivers. His work changed two Alabama ABC regulations in January 2010, including the elimination of "eroding" limits (i.e., allowed defendants to bill their costs of defense against the insurance available to a drunk driving victim), and requiring insurance companies to notify the ABC Board if they plan to cancel liquor liability insurance for non-payment of premiums.
