Attorney Kevin M. Monsour was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. Mr. Monsour graduated from Louisville’s Trinity High School. Subsequently, Mr. Monsour attended the University of Kentucky as an Otis A Singletary Scholar. Mr. Monsour received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville.  Further, prior to law school, Mr. Monsour received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Monsour immediately began working with the firm that eventually became the Bruce Law Group. His entire legal career has been spent representing injured and wronged parties.

Mr. Monsour’s key practice areas at Bruce Law Group, LLC primarily consist of personal injury, wrongful death, discrimination, defective drugs, overtime issues (FLSA cases), wrongful termination and other employment-related matters.  Each of these practice areas involves the need to help those that are not in a position to represent their own rights and interests.  Mr. Monsour’s contributions to Bruce Law Group, LLC enable the law firm to be one of the leading personal injury and employment law firms in the Louisville area. His practice serves the entire Commonwealth of Kentucky. Additionally, Mr. Monsour handles overtime cases beyond Kentucky’s borders.

Mr. Monsour’s zealous advocacy for his clients has led him to represent the interests of his clients nationally. He is as an active member of the Kentucky Justice Association (KJA) and the American Association for Justice (AAJ), where he is active on multiple committees. He currently serves as the Chair-Elect of the AAJ’s Employment Rights Section.  He also serves on their Board of Governors as a representative of their New Lawyer Division. Additionally, Mr. Monsour is well versed in the rights of Employees, having recently presented the topic, “What Small Firm Attorneys Need to Know About Their Employees’ Rights.” When not active in the practice of law, Mr. Monsour serves the community by volunteering at his daughter’s school, and is currently the President of Lakeside Swim Club, in Louisville’s Highlands neighborhood.
