Ms. Kristen J. Hanna, Attorney

Before joining the firm in 2008 Kristen was a practicing attorney in California.  She grew up in Los Angeles, California, and received her undergraduate degree at UCLA, and her law degree at Southwestern University School of Law.  While attending law school, Kristen served as a Staff Member and Research Editor for The Southwestern Journal of Law and Trade in the Americas.  While in California, Kristen concentrated her practice in the areas of insurance and bad faith litigation, collections, consumer rights, construction defect litigation and other civil litigation.  

Since joining the firm, Kristen has been involved in a broad range of litigation.  Kristen concentrates her practice in the areas of trust and estate law, professional liability defense, insurance and bad faith litigation, and other civil litigation.  Kristen practices in all State and Federal Courts in Wyoming, in the State Court and Federal Courts (Northern and Central Districts) in California, and is admitted to practice in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.  She is a member of the Wyoming State and County Bar Associations and Defense Research Institute.

Kristen and her husband Peter moved to Cheyenne in 2007.  Peter is a Family Practice Resident at the University of Wyoming Family Medicine Residency Program at Cheyenne.
