I have had multiple cases dismissed based upon motions to suppress evidence due to bad searches, no Miranda and bad stops.

I built my practice by promptly returning client calls, multiple dismissals of cases or reduction of charges, my paralegal has been with me 15 years and knows all clients names and case information, and by word of mouth.

I clients should look for integrity and honest opinions of case analysis.

Local knowledge of not only prosecutors but also judges likes and dislikes is a key factor to our success.

I provide case analysis and procedural outlines in free phone consultations. I also provide on free office consultation.

It is preferable for the client to have his/her booking sheet available for the consultation. I can get from clerks office so we can read together and make notes of the conflicting information according to the client.

I have been practicing for 20 years, only do criminal law which allows me to stay current on the ever changing nuances of the law and new laws. I do federal and state and have traveled the country defending clients. We employ investigators when necessary.

The most rewarding aspect is helping clients at their time of need. We like to say we help clients put their lives back together.
