After returning from Tennessee to South Florida, Mark began working for a large national insurance company defending automobile, slip and fall, and other negligence claims. Shortly thereafter he focused his practice on the defense of medical negligence claims and defended doctors exclusively for almost 10 years. During this time, Mark and his wife, Sonja and their two sons relocated to the Orlando area where he continued his practice of law.
Mark now dedicates himself to representing individuals and has done so since 2004. He helps victims of medical negligence, car accidents, motorcycle accidents and trucking accidents recover the compensation they deserve.

After 4 years of hard fought battle, Mark was successful in forcing a national insurance carrier, to tender the full policy limits ($250,000.00) in a bicycle versus car crash case in which the defense argued the injuries were unrelated to the crash. this helped the client return to his home in Europe where he now spends his days continuing to write about world-wide political events.

For almost 30 years, Mr. Cressman has consistently handled personal injury cases for clients in the State of Florida. Other things to look for include compassion, integrity and professionalism.
