In the last year or two, I was able to have many domestic violence cases reduced or dismissed and some traffic cases successfully resolved with minimal penalties.
How did you build a successful practice?I built my practice with hard work, long hours, and a dedication to my clients' welfare.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?A client should look for an attorney's commitment to their case.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?Local knowledge is extremely important to the success of a case. I have extensive local knowledge of the courts in Benton, Franklin, and Walla Walla counties.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?I do have free initial telephone consultations during which I need the type of criminal charge from the client, any court information they have concerning that charge, their criminal history, and their next court date. I provide possible defenses to their misdemeanor of a criminal felony charge.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?My clients' satisfaction and winning a case.
Are you involved in your community?I am a local attorney who was born and raised in Richland and know the courts, judges, deputy prosecutors, and assistant city attorneys extensively.
