Moore v. Cal Spas
Respondent: Attorney for the respondent, Jerred K. Moore. Moore was an employee of the defendant, Cal Spas of Minnesota. He was injured while working and filed a workers compensation claim with SFM Metal Insurance Company who provided coverage to Cal Spas. His claim was denied and Moore filed suit. He was granted compensation, of which the defendant appealed. During the appeal all records, files and proceedings of the case were reviewed.
