About Michelle

As a litigation attorney, Michelle Aulivola represents individuals and business entities involved in disputes relating to contracts, real property, estates, corporations and civil rights violations, among other things. She defends attorneys and other professionals facing professional grievance complaints and disciplinary proceedings. She has been appointed by the Supreme Court to act as referee in real estate foreclosure proceedings and as a receiver in commercial foreclosure proceedings and shareholder disputes. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the United States District Court and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.  She has likewise been selected as an attorney for the Eastern Long Island Police Conference and acts as a pro bono attorney for Angels for Warriors, a not-for-profit organization providing services to veterans and their families.
