Jeff Fraser has a degree in Psychology from Boston College (magna cum laude) and is a graduate of Boston College Law School. Rob is admitted to practice before the state courts of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
