QUESTIONNAIRE
I took on a case that was referred by another firm. The liability insurance policy was $250,000. The prior firm had an offer on the table for $60,000. I took on the case with fresh eyes and thoroughly reviewed the details of the case. Our client experienced incredible pain and suffering that was never presented to the insurance company.
