Paul Romano has extensive experience in prosecuting and defending claims against executors, administrators, trustees, and guardians in Harris County, Fort Bend County, Brazoria County, Wharton County, Victoria County, Jackson County, Montgomery County, as well as other counties throughout the State of Texas.

Paul received his undergraduate education at the University of Texas in Austin. Upon graduation, Paul had a burning desire to serve his country, so he joined the U.S. Army. His time in the service took him all over the world, including assignments in Germany, Korea, and Honduras. After serving five years in the Army, Paul decided he couldn’t neglect his life-long dream of becoming an attorney any longer. He attended the University of Texas School of Law and graduated in 2002.

Paul began his legal career practicing in Victoria, TX, where he discovered his passion for trust and estate litigation. In 2009, he moved to Sugar Land to be closer to his family, and in 2013, Paul and Kenneth Sumner combined their practices to open Romano & Sumner, PLLC.
