Michael E. (Mike) Robinson is an experienced litigation attorney concentrating in commercial and residential real estate, legal malpractice and client representation before professional boards. Mr. Robinson graduated from Southern Methodist University’s School of Law in 1977 and was admitted to practice law in Texas the same year. He immediately began practicing with Chancellor and Wood, local Dallas real estate specialist, where he worked until 1979. That year, he established his own firm, Robinson & Smith, then went on to form The ROBINSON Law Firm in 1987. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Robinson has more than 13 years of experience in the title business and has been in practice over 37 years. Mr. Robinson is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is board certified in residential and commercial Real Estate, one of a small percentage of attorney’s within the bar association certified in the both areas. He and his wife Suzanne, live with their family in Richardson, Texas.

Guy Holman is a bankruptcy attorney in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, where he advocates primarily for small businesses and consumers needing to reorganize or discharge debt pursuant to the U.S. bankruptcy code. Mr. Holman graduated cum Laude from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in 2017. While attending law school, Holman clerked for the Honorable Judge Kenneth M. Hoyt, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas. Also, while in law school, Holman clerked for the Honorable Judge Jeff Bohm, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Texas, and interned in the Property Preservation Clinic of the Earl Carl Institute for Legal & Social Policy, Inc. Additionally, Holman was awarded the Spouses of Houston Barristers Scholarship and was admitted to the American Inn of Court. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Holman had a diversified business background. He began his career as a banker with BMO/Harris Bank, serving as a financial analyst and would later join Citibank as an investment consultant. Holman would go on to co-found several partnerships engaged in commercial real estate finance, acquisition, rehabilitation, and insurance brokerage. Holman is also a former brick mason and member of the International Union of Bricklayers & Allied Craftsmen. Holman is a native of Chicago and a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he obtained a B.A. in LAS/Finance. While in college, Holman studied abroad in Costa Rica, where he studied Spanish and “mastered” in salsa dancing.

Brotherton obtained his law degree in 1994 at the age of 44 after five years of night classes, he was the regional manager for BCM Engineers, Inc., a national environmental engineering firm. Prior to becoming an attorney, William worked at developing complex treatment plans for national Superfund sites and RCRA facilities as an environmental scientist. He received his MS in Environmental Science from the University of Texas at Dallas, and his undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota. After obtaining his law degree, he then went on to teach environmental law as an adjunct professor for 12 years at Texas Christian University, and lectured in environmental and land-use law at the Center for Environmental Research and Training at the University of Texas at Arlington. He has also lectured at Lamar University, the University of North Texas, and the University of Texas at Dallas. William has served as a court-appointed special commissioner to determine the value of condemned property since 2006. Knowledgeable in that area as a result of his experience serving on the Planning & Zoning Commission for Flower Mound, Texas for over 6 years in addition to his service as a director of the Upper Trinity Regional Water District. Besides being licensed in the States of Texas and North Dakota, William is licensed in the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Texas and the Eastern District of Texas.
