I represented a mother who had her world turned upside down when the father (her husband) had an affair with the teacher from their child's school. The mother was a student and employed part-time with two young children. She wanted to relocate out of the Washington, DC area to attend a better educational program (college) and to be closer to family. I was able to obtain an emergency order for her to relocate with the children. A year later, I am happy to say, her and the children are thriving in their new environment.
