Probate Administration and Contest to Will: Commenced probate for significant other in long term relationship with the deceased under the will of the deceased. Contest to Will then commenced by a relative, and among issues resolved in favor of my client was challenge to will was dismissed, my client appointed executor, and then my client marshaled the assets for distribution under the terms of the will. Due to contest of Will, a trial was required when efforts to resolve in mediation proved unsuccessful.
