Ronald F Stevens, Attorney

Ronald F. Stevens is a renowned Civil and Criminal Trial Attorney who has been practicing in the State and Federal Court for thirty years. After graduating from the prestigious Georgetown University Business School in 1969, he received his Juris Doctor degree from the Boston College School of Law in 1972. He was admitted to the Connecticut Bar and U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut in 1972. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense  Lawyers, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, and the National College of DUI Defense (NCDD). He has completed numerous advanced study courses pertaining to DUI defense, given all over the country including Las Vegas, Nevada, Biloxi, Mississippi, Atlanta, Georgia, Atlantic City, New Jersey, San Antonia, Texas and at Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts. He has also completed the following courses of study: National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration Field Sobriety Test Course (SFST); National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) DWI Detection; Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Instructor Development Training Program in Nashville, Tennessee; Intoxilyzer 5000 series Operator Course and the Maintenance Technician Course for the Intoxilyzer 5000, which is the breath alcohol machine currently used in Connecticut; Henry C. Lee Science of DWI at the Connecticut Institute of Forensic Science; and Mastering Scientific Evidence DWI/DUI in Atlantic, Georgia. Mr. Stevens enjoys a statewide reputation as an authority on the intricacies of DUI law.
