Ryan G. Saharovich was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin. After he obtained his undergraduate degree, Mr. Saharovich attended Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia where he graduated with honors. While at Emory, Mr. Saharovich received the Dean’s Award in Legal Writing and Research, as well as the Custer-Tuggle Award of Excellence in Family Law. Mr. Saharovich also served as a Notes & Comments Editor on the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal where he won the 2016 Keith J. Shapiro Award for Excellence in Consumer Bankruptcy Writing for his law review article. Following completion of his first year of law school, Mr. Saharovich worked as a summer clerk in the chambers of United States District Court Judge Jon McCalla, which allowed him to observe and better understand the litigation process. After graduating from law school, Mr. Saharovich worked for Burch, Porter & Johnson where he primarily handled a range of litigation matters including automobile accident, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and commercial litigation cases. In 2019, 2020 and 2021, Mr. Saharovich was named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. Early on in his career, Mr. Saharovich developed a passion for helping individuals who require legal assistance after suffering an injury to ensure they are fully compensated. Mr. Saharovich currently serves as the chairperson of the Mass Tort Litigation Group at NST. In this role, he handles complex cases related to pharmaceutical injuries and injuries stemming from product defects. Michael Bonvolanta earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2011 from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. He earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2015 from the University of Detroit – Mercy School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude. He was admitted to the Frank Murphy Honor Society and served as a member of UDM’s Moot Court Board of Advocates. Bonvolanta is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan, the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York. Bonvolanta joined the firm in January 2020, and focuses primarily on medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, birth injury, civil rights and governmental claims. Jason focuses his practice on complex civil litigation involving business and real estate matters. Jason also has experience representing clients in other civil litigation areas such as labor and employment disputes (including discrimination, wrongful termination and wage/hour claims), trust and estate disputes (including the duties of a trustee and matters of fraud or undue influence), and professional liability disputes (including malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty claims involving lawyers, accountants, real estate brokers/agents, insurance brokers/agents, design professionals such as architects and engineers, and healthcare providers such as hospitals and physicians). Jason is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). The CFE credential is conferred by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), the world’s largest anti-fraud organization and provider of anti-fraud training and education. The mission of the ACFE is to reduce the incidence of fraud and white-collar crime and to assist ACFE membership in fraud detection and deterrence. Jason was born in Abington, Pennsylvania in 1982. He received a merit-based Founders Scholarship to attend Tulane University and graduated cum laude in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in both Business Management and Legal Studies in Business. Jason then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2007. During law school, Jason was selected to become a member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board and later served as a Moot Court Board Vice President administering the 2006 Negotiation Competition. In addition, he won the Fall 2005 Advanced Moot Court Competition and was a finalist in a 2006 American Bar Association Regional Negotiation Competition. Jason is involved in a variety of local organizations including as a Board Member of the B’nai B’rith Justice Unit # 5207, a member of the Broward County Bar Association, and a member of the Tulane Alumni Club of South Florida.

Michael E. (Mike) Robinson is an experienced litigation attorney concentrating in commercial and residential real estate, legal malpractice and client representation before professional boards. Mr. Robinson graduated from Southern Methodist University’s School of Law in 1977 and was admitted to practice law in Texas the same year. He immediately began practicing with Chancellor and Wood, local Dallas real estate specialist, where he worked until 1979. That year, he established his own firm, Robinson & Smith, then went on to form The ROBINSON Law Firm in 1987. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Robinson has more than 13 years of experience in the title business and has been in practice over 37 years. Mr. Robinson is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is board certified in residential and commercial Real Estate, one of a small percentage of attorney’s within the bar association certified in the both areas. He and his wife Suzanne, live with their family in Richardson, Texas.
