Steven is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and a member of the bars of the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York and the U.S Court of Appeals for the Second and Fourth Circuits. He has been admitted pro hac vice to a multitude of U.S. District Courts across the nation. An aggressive and tenacious trial attorney /litigator prosecuting and defending complex cases in both the state and federal courts, he received recognition for his excellent professional skills and achievements, by being appointed as an ADR Mediator by the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York in 2001. Steven was lead class counsel in the MDL, In re Aon Corp. Wage & Hour Employment Practices Litigation No. 08CV5802 (Hon.Charles P. Kocoras) U.S.D.C., Northern District of Illinois and appointed as a member of the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in In Re Nuvaring Products Liability Litigation, 4:08 MDL 1964 (RWS), United States District Court, for the Eastern District of Missouri.

Frank concentrates his practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on medical malpractice injury, general injury cases, civil rights and class actions. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science in 1992 from the State University of New York at Albany where he also played rugby. Frank then attended St. John’s University School of Law in Queens, New York, during the evening while working as an investigator for the State of New York, followed by the New York City Corporation Counsel, and then AIG Insurance Company as a litigation claims adjuster. Frank obtained his law degree in 1998, was admitted to the New York State bar in 1999, and eventually all four federal district court bars for New York, as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He began his legal career in the New York City office of one of his law school professors representing injury victims and then moved on to a large firm representing corporations in product liability litigation. Frank then relocated to Massachusetts where he had to take two additional bar exams to be admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 2002 and the Rhode Island bar in 2003. Frank continued with injury law there, particularly construction and maritime cases under the Jones Act involving accidents at sea, including several death cases. Frank relocated to Central New York in 2006 and worked for the litigation firm of O’Hara, O’Connell & Ciotoli representing victims of medical malpractice, workplace injuries, general injuries and wrongful labor and employment practices. Frank has been appointed class counsel in several class action cases and achieved over $17,000,000 in class action settlements since 2015 for FLSA and New York Labor Law violations. In all, since 2008 Frank has recovered over $27,000,000 in damages for his injury and employment clients. Frank lives in Fayetteville, N.Y. with his wife and children. Carlos D. Perez-Mesa has been an active trial attorney in New Jersey and Hawaii since 1986. In Hawaii, he has tried over 20 jury and bench trials to verdict in state and federal court and participated in over 300 arbitrations and meditations. Mr. Perez-Mesa has wide ranging experience practicing in both federal and state court handling a broad range of litigation, including products liability, construction law, employment discrimination, personal injury, the Americans with Disabilities Act, environmental law, automobile and slip and fall accidents, Title VII civil rights law and workers compensation law. Rob grew up in the St. Louis area, studied Photojournalism, opened and owned a business in Columbia Missouri; Graduated form OCU Law School (JD 1995), Practicing since 1996 statewide State plus all 3 Federal District Courts, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver and he is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court.

Since his admission to the Louisiana Bar in 1988, J. Douglas Sunseri has practiced in diverse areas of the law. From 1990-1994, J. Douglas Sunseri worked under Attorney J. William Becknell, the legal counsel for Mr. John Mecom, Jr. and his affiliated companies. Mr. Mecom was the initial owner of the New Orleans Saints and had numerous holdings in oil & gas, hotels, real estate, professional sports and related businesses. As a result, Mr. Sunseri was fully educated in broad areas of law and business.
