Robert Findaro is a practicing lawyer in the state of New York. Attorney Findaro received his J.D. from New York Law School in 2005.

I am a Korean-American and graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point where I earned a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering. I am also a veteran and served with honor as an Officer in the United States Army. I have worked as an engineer for over 10 years in the private sector and later obtained my law degree from Texas A&M School of Law at Texas Wesleyan University. I am licensed to practice law in Texas and I am a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Dallas Asian American Bar Association, and American Bar Association.

Burke is a native of Palmyra, Nebraska. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice with a minor in psychology. After graduating from UNL, Burke went on to attend the University of Nebraska College of Law. He was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award® and the Pat Gies Memorial Award for his work representing clients at the University of Nebraska College of Law Immigration Clinic. He also completed a program of concentrated study in immigration and civil litigation skills. Burke’s passion for his community and family led him to open his own firm to better serve the people around him. He takes an active role in the community by serving non-profits and volunteering his time. He loves working with young people and mentoring and coaching the next generation of Nebraskans. Outside of the office, Burke enjoys attending different sporting events and cheering on his Huskers, Texans, and Royals. He loves traveling, seeing the world, and making memories with his family.

Alfred Theodor Lehmann is a practicing lawyer in the state of Florida handling personal injury and immigration matters.

Leslie has dedicated her career to protecting the rights of others through her expansive criminal defense practice; handling all types of cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies. With compassion and understanding, Leslie takes the time to really learn about her clients and their unique circumstances, allowing her the opportunity to determine all possible outcomes and what defense will best suit their needs. Additionally, Leslie has represented clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. When Leslie has a client that has been charged with a criminal offense and is not a citizen of the U.S., she has the hybrid knowledge to advise them on all possible collateral consequences. Prior to relocating to Arizona, Leslie grew up in the mountains of Colorado. She attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado where she received her B.A. in Political Science and History. After she received her undergraduate degree, she moved to Virginia Beach, VA to attend law school at Regent University School of Law. Leslie spent over a decade practicing law in Colorado prior to moving to Arizona. She currently holds licenses in the states of Arizona, Colorado and Tennessee. When Leslie is not in the office zealously advocating for her clients, you can find her giving back to the community. Leslie has regularly volunteered with community legal clinics helping those that cannot afford regular representation. She also enjoys mentoring youth and traveling internationally to provide aide for refugees and children living in some of the most impoverished areas of the world. She is an avid reader and sports fan cheering on the CSU Rams, Denver Broncos, Denver Nuggets, and Colorado Avalanche.

Emily opened a solo law practice in Las Vegas in 2003 with the primary focus of family law. Since that time Emily has worked diligently to establish a reputation as a knowledgeable and aggressive attorney, gaining the respect of both her peers as well as Judges. Emily has grown her practice over the years and in 2010 gained the credential of Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of Nevada. This is the top Family Law credential an attorney can obtain in Nevada. Emily is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and Vice President of the Nevada Chapter, fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and an AV Preeminent Rated Attorney by Martindale Hubbell. Emily is a certified parenting coordinator and mediator, although her primary focus is litigating complex and/or contested divorce and child custody matters in southern Nevada and Nevada family law appeals. She is particularly knowledgeable in handling family law appeals, complex property division and financial issues, international child custody issues, parental kidnapping, and high conflict child custody cases. Prior to becoming an attorney, Emily worked for three years at the Tobacco Control Resource Center and Tobacco Products Liability Project in Boston, Massachusetts doing research projects on legal issues relating to tobacco. Emily has worked for the New Hampshire Department of Justice Consumer Protection Division and three law firms in Massachusetts in the areas of family law, tobacco and other toxic tort litigation, real estate, business transactions and estate planning. Emily writes children’s books for children going through family law issues and operates a publishing company for children’s books. Sarbdeep Atwal studied Finance and Risk Management at the California State University of Sacramento. His undergraduate educational pursuits were always in conjunction with the managing of the family farming business. By means of these practical and real world business experiences he became interested in acquiring a legal degree. Initially, his aim was to generate a competent understanding of the law to help promote efficient and aggressive business practices within the family business. This desire became broader in scope as he matured; he embraced the passion he'd always had when it came to helping others and the realization of the value inherent in providing legal awareness and insight to those with specific legal needs. Sarbdeep's growing interests in law and real life experiences led him to pursue his Juris Doctorate at Trinity Law School; the California Campus and satellite location of Trinity International University (Deerfield IL). Trinity Law School Is located in the heart of Orange County, California. During the course of his studies in law, he had the unique opportunity of partaking in a study abroad program in the beautiful city of Strasbourg; the capital and principal city of the Alsace region in eastern France. During this time abroad, he actively explored International Human Rights Law within the United Nations collective of Eastern Countries; starting from Africa and stretching all the way to South America. He invested time in understanding the cultural impunities that helped form certain types of Human Rights legislation (immortalized in treaties and protocols forming international law) such as the Geneva Convention, which are universally enforced today. He also had the unique opportunity to take part in proceedings within the European Union. Such exposure aided in gaining a universal understanding of Human Rights and broadening his cultural and legal experience. The end result is that it has developed his passion, which in a practical evolution had come to embody issues surrounding Immigration Law and Criminal Law and the multitude of legal obstacles arising from their practice and enforcement. He was admitted to the California Bar in June 2010. Thereafter, he continued to work for his family business; heavily involved in daily operations but with the primary task of tending to the companies legal needs. His practice involved the drafting of various contracts including Leasehold agreements, purchase agreements, contracts between buyers and sellers, easement and boundary line disputes. He also catered to several of the company employees needs on a pro bono basis. He helped assist in various immigration issues such as work type visas, adjustment of status and naturalization proceedings and Social Security and Disability hearings. Motivated to keep cultivating a diverse experience in law, Sarbdeep decided to expand his Legal background in Bankruptcy and Business Law. He began work at a Bankruptcy Firm which focused heavily on Chapter 7 Bankruptcies and Debt Relief. He worked aggressively through Client Intake, petition filing, 341 hearings between Trustee and Creditors, to final Discharge. Thereafter, he was offered a unique opportunity to work with a very prominent and successful Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Attorney. Developing a passion for Criminal Law began as far back as the first days of Law School. When given the opportunity to work in a Criminal Defense firm, he wholeheartedly accepted. There, he worked on all parts of the Criminal Process: from Client intake, Arraignment, Pretrial hearings to Preliminary Hearings and Trial proceedings. He also worked specifically in Drunk Driving Defense including all parts of the DMV process. Thereafter, he decided to serve the local legal needs of Yuba Sutter Counties and the greater Sacramento Valley and opened his own practice in Yuba City, California, specializing in Drunk Driving Defense. Sarbdeep speaks fluent Punjabi and conversational Spanish to help serve those with a language barrier. Sarbdeep specializes in Criminal Defense, DMV hearings, Social Security and Disability, and Real Estate Issues.
