Matt Mahoney graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2001 with a Degree in Applied Mathematics in Engineering, and he graduated from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2007. Before becoming an attorney he worked a wide variety of jobs including, among others: Class A CDL Truck Driver; High School Mathematics Teacher; Limestone Cutter; Carpenter/Laborer; Oil and Gas Research Technician; House Painter; and Legal Process Server. His work experience is integral to his practice of law in that it provides him with a perspective from which he can better relate to the problems faced by his clients. It is thus his mission to provide each client with the best, most personalized, representation possible. In his spare time, Mr. Mahoney enjoys mountain biking, golf, skiing, exercising, working on cars, the great outdoors, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Kasraie is a founding member of Kasraie & Fodor, LLC. He has well over 30 years of legal and executive business experience in several industries, including banking, finance, energy, real estate, manufacturing, recycling, IT, and pharmaceuticals. He was a managing member of the law firm. In 2012, he co-founded the law firm of Kasraie & Fodor, LLC with similar activities. In addition, Dr. Kasraie has been the Financial and Economic Advisor to City Governments in the People's Republic of China (PRC) since 1998.

Richard S. Gershman, the firm’s founder, has been practicing law for more than five decades. Over the past 35 years, he has headed up Golf tournaments for numerous charities including Northwell Health for Cohen’s Children’s Hospital, raising in excess of twenty-five million dollars.

John F. “Jack” Whitworth was born in Corpus Christi, Texas in 1959. Jack earned a B.B.A (Accounting) from the University of Texas at Austin in August, 1981. He subsequently worked in the oil and gas industry in Houston, Texas for several years. He became a Certified Public Accountant (Texas) in October, 1984 and attended law school at South Texas College of Law, graduating in August, 1990 with a J.D. degree. Jack practices primarily in the area of estate planning and probate and strives to develop long-term professional relationships with his clientele based on mutual respect and trust. He is committed to giving each client’s matter his undivided attention. Before relocating to San Antonio in 2005, Jack was a member of the Northside Rotary Club of Victoria, Texas. Since his admission to the Louisiana Bar in 1988, J. Douglas Sunseri has practiced in diverse areas of the law. From 1990-1994, J. Douglas Sunseri worked under Attorney J. William Becknell, the legal counsel for Mr. John Mecom, Jr. and his affiliated companies. Mr. Mecom was the initial owner of the New Orleans Saints and had numerous holdings in oil & gas, hotels, real estate, professional sports and related businesses. As a result, Mr. Sunseri was fully educated in broad areas of law and business.
