Accomplished Experience: Prior to founding LloydWinter, P.C., Jody worked with the firm Gilmore, Wood, Vinnard & Magness in Fresno, California. There he practiced civil litigation in a variety of business and commercial cases. He practiced real estate and business litigation, including a published constitutional opinion in the matter of Tosi et al. v. County of Fresno (2008) 161 Cal.App.4th 799. Dedicated to Service: Jody has been dedicated to serving the public and fighting for the rights of others from a young age. He has served as a campus coordinator and several other volunteer roles at The Well Community Church (www.thewellcommunity.org) in Fresno where he continues to lead in the small group ministry. Jody is also a member of the Christian Legal Society (www.clsnet.org), the C12 Group (www.c12group.com), and an Allied Attorney with Alliance Defending Freedom (www.adflegal.org).

A native of Bismarck, North Dakota, Theresa Kellington graduated from San Diego State University in 1989 with a degree in Criminal Justice Administration. Theresa continued on to the University of the Pacific – McGeorge School of Law, where she graduated with honors in 1992, passing the CA State Bar exam the first time. Upon graduation from law school, Theresa joined a law firm in California, where she opened a civil litigation department and worked for 3 years. After the birth of her daughter in 1995, Theresa moved back to Bismarck to be closer to her family. Soon after, Theresa began working with Pearce Durick and American Legal Services. In 2012, Theresa joined Dan Oster, and together they established Kellington & Oster, P.C. Theresa loves family involved cases, business planning, and estate planning. She states, “Working with family law can be stressful, but I love to feel like I’m doing something right.” As a pro bono attorney of the year in North Dakota, Theresa hopes to become a Judge in the future.

Jacqueline Salcines, Esq. was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She graduated high school from Our Lady of Lourdes Academy. She then went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in accounting, from the University of Miami Business School. Thereafter, Ms. Salcines attended and graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998. She has been practicing law in South Florida for over 20 years. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Salcines worked for the family accounting practice as a bookkeeper since the age of 16, and later as an accountant for five years after graduating. That is when she decided to pursue her passion for business law, and enrolled in law school. Working as a paralegal in law firms during the day and attending law school at night, Ms. Salcines obtain her Juris Doctor degree in law in 1998. Ms. Salcines began her legal career interning at the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office. Prior to opening her own law firm, she worked as an Associate at a federal/civil litigation, criminal defense and real estate law firm. Thereafter, she went out on her own and established Jacqueline A. Salcines, PA in the year 2000. She continued to practice real estate, litigation and business law. Since 2000, Mrs. Salcines’ practice has consisted primarily of real estate law, title and business law matters. With an emphasis on real estate transactions, debt settlement and corporate litigation, Ms. Salcines firm represents clients both locally and internationally.

During her 33 years of practice, Roberta Mandel has argued more than 1,000 appeals in every Florida appellate court, the Florida Supreme Court, the Eleventh District Court of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court. With approximately 650 reported decisions, she offers an unparalleled depth of experience. She has also been involved in countless trials during her career. Mandel is often involved from the inception of a case in the trial court through the appellate state. She says, “It’s advantageous for trial attorneys to have experienced appellate attorneys involved in trial court litigation so all viable arguments are preserved for appellate court review.” Mandel is AV Preeminent® rated by Martindale-Hubbell®, and has been designated a Legal Leader by the Miami Herald and a Florida Super Lawyer for many years. She began her career working on high-profile criminal cases. Starting in 2004, she went on to head the appellate departments of two law firms. Among her more notable cases was litigation stemming from Anna Nicole Smith’s death in Florida, which garnered worldwide media coverage. In 2010, Mandel founded her own full-service trial and appellate litigation firm, the Mandel Law Group. There, she represented Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses and individuals in civil and criminal matters. She was one of the first attorneys to effectively argue that trial attorneys who successfully represent homeowners in foreclosure actions are entitled to fee multipliers. Mandel also handles complex as well as simple divorce cases in both the trial and appellate court arenas.

Mr. Schultz is an accomplished lawyer that has over twenty years of legal experience in accident & injury matters. He also specializes in various aspects of law including criminal, real estate and motor vehicle. In addition to his legal experience, he is active in several different associations including the Florida State Bar Association. Mr. Schultz graduated from the Stetson University School of Law with a J.D. degree in 1993 and admitted to the Florida state bar on May 6, 1994. Benjamin Hall, JD is an expert on accident & injury, criminal, real estate and motor vehicle law.

Trial lawyer with concentration in commercial litigation, especially non-compete or restrictive covenants. I try cases in state and federal court and handle appeals in both state and federal appellate cases. My associate attorneys focus on personal injury and employment law. As a trial lawyer, I handle personal injury and employment law trials. I have several million dollar plus judgments in both personal injury and employment law cases.
