Our founding partner, attorney James E. Kleinbaum, has been practicing law since 1994. As an experienced traffic and criminal defense lawyer, he has helped thousands of clients throughout New York protect their freedom, record and driver's licenses. As an experienced negotiator and trial lawyer, Mr. Kleinbaum has helped many businesses and individuals in civil disputes, including landlord tenant disputes and contractual disputes. Attorney Kleinbaum is pleased to assist local business owners with commercial collections and he has extensive experience in the representation of buyers, seller and lenders in real estate closings.

Richard B. Alderman is an experienced matrimonial attorney, highly regarded within the State of New York. A graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Pennsylvania College of Law, cum laude, Richard has actively practiced family law since 1969, exclusively with Alderman and Alderman. Richard was named a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers in 1975. Richard is a member of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association where he presently serves as a member of the executive committee of the Family Law Section. With fellow matrimonial attorneys and judges, Richard serves as a member of the New York State Unified Court System Committee on Family Law. Since 1995 Richard has been named one of the “Best Lawyers in America” and has been included in “Best of the U.S.” and “New York Super Lawyers” in the field of family law. He maintains an “AV” or pre-eminent rating with Martdale-Hubbell. Richard is a frequent speaker and author in the field of matrimonial and family law. He has served as a speaker and moderator at the request of the New York State Bar Association and Onondaga Bar Association at programs of continuing legal education in the field of family and matrimonial law. He has been a featured speaker for the New York Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Richard has spoken at the request of the New York State Judicial Institute, an organization responsible for training sitting judges of the Unified Court System. Richard is admitted to practice before all New York State Courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York and the United States Supreme Court.

Louis T. Brindisi was born in Utica, New York in 1934 and has lived here for the entirety of his life, having attended grammar schools and high school here locally. He then attended LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics in 1956. In the year of 1959, Mr. Brindisi graduated from Albany Law School with a Juris Doctor Degree and was admitted to the New York State Bar the following year in 1960. He began his first law practice later that same year. After Albany Law School, he went into private practice and now practices with his daughter, Eva Brindisi Pearlman, a lawyer and partner in the law firm that also bears her name. With 60+ years of trial experience, he has handled thousands of cases, both civil and criminal. In his criminal law practice, he has successfully tried cases involving almost every major felony in both State and Federal Courts. In his civil law practice, he has successfully tried or settled cases ranging from SUV rollovers, tire defects, seatbelt failures, air bag injuries, seat back collapse, roof crush injuries, and other failure to warn or design and manufacturing defect cases. Some other notable civil cases he has tried involved the Federal Employer Liability Act, elevator malfunctions, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, legal malpractice, construction accidents, discrimination, defamation, and premises liability claims. These wide range of civil cases include his representation of clients with serious personal injuries, including, wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, birth defects, amputations, quadriplegia, paraplegia, and other spinal injuries, and severe disfiguring burns and scars. His practice is now limited to the trial of serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. He and his firm have achieved numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements.

Attorney Giordano started his career in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in its New York Regional Office. There, he participated in civil and administrative actions against broker-dealers and registered representatives for violations of federal securities laws; and conducted discovery and administrative investigations. ‍ After his employment with the SEC in New York City, between the 1980’s and the early 1990’s, he worked as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of New Jersey where he investigated and prosecuted federal criminal matters with a concentration on federal securities fraud violations; presented evidence and witnesses before the U.S. Grand Jury. ‍ Attorney Giordano entered private practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in early 1990’s and acted as principal in various law firms for over three decades. In May 2005, Attorney Giordano along with Attorney Reed opened their law firm, Reed & Giordano, P.A. ‍ Attorney Giordano deals with various areas of commercial and complex litigation, securities litigation, arbitration and many more. He has over thirty years of experience representing businesses and individuals in a wide variety of legal disputes and transactions. Attorney Giordano is experienced in all phases of civil and commercial litigation, including trial and appellate practice in state and federal courts. Attorney Giordano is experienced in representing both individuals and companies in complex commercial matters, including shareholder disputes, buyouts, fraud and claims involving breach of fiduciary duty.

James A. Dearie has been a practicing attorney since 1993. He has represented clients in civil, criminal, and traffic cases at all levels of the Ohio court system, including the Ohio Supreme Court. He is an active member of the Warren County Criminal Justice Board and the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He currently serves as a Member of the City Council of Lebanon, Ohio Jim was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. In 1990, he graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame, with a BA in Economics. In 1993, he graduated with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law. After graduating law school, Jim served a one-year clerkship with a U.S. District Court Judge in Montgomery, Alabama. He then served four years in the U.S. Army as a Captain in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Upon leaving the Army in 1999, Jim went into private practice, representing business and individual clients throughout southwestern Ohio. He currently serves on the executive committee of the Warren County Criminal Justice Board, and on the respective board of directors for the Elizabeth’s New Life Center and the Mary, Seat of Wisdom, High School Studies Group, Inc. "I built a successful law practice by ensuring that I am always available to answer my clients' questions about their cases. I am available during the business day, and clients who call my practice during nonbusiness hours will be forwarded to my cell phone so that I can be reached at all times. I am always happy to consult with potential new clients free of charge. One thing that differentiates me from other lawyers in my community is my four years of active service in the United States Army. While in the Army, I graduated from the Airborne School at Fort Benning, Georgia, and I represented countless soldiers at courts-martial and administrative separation boards at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. I am very involved in my community outside of my law practice. I am a member of the City Council of Lebanon, Ohio. I sit on the executive committee of the Warren County Criminal Justice Board. I am active in my local church, my local crisis pregnancy center, my children's homeschool group, and I coach many of my children's soccer teams. I still pay soccer myself at the Lebanon YMCA."

John Francis Burke III is a practicing lawyer in the state of Ohio. Mr. Burke received his J.D. from the Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Attorney Kimberly Beck helps people who have suffered personal injuries. She focuses on cases involving pharmaceuticals, serious injuries, or medical malpractice. Before she started Beck Law Center, Kim worked for a large plaintiffs’ firm. There she led a team of three lawyers and three paralegals. Together, they worked with over 25,000 plaintiffs. Before that time, she spent 13 years working at defense firms. Attorney Kim Beck mainly defended pharmaceutical companies. Also, Kim worked as a legal extern for federal Magistrate Judge Sharon Ovington. Kimberly Beck Recently, Kim has won awards from legal groups. Between 2010 and 2019, Kim was named a Rising Star” through Super Lawyers. Since 2015, she has had an AV rating from Martindale Hubble. Additionally, she has spoken and written for regional and national groups on discovery, procedure, and the FDA. In the last few months, Kim has lectured for several groups about the Singulair cases.
