I’ve spent most of my life living in Ohio and Indiana. I grew up in Ohio and moved to Indiana to finish school, including Law School at Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis. Prior to becoming an attorney, I worked as a business analyst for over five years in the student loan industry. I represent clients throughout the state of Ohio and Indiana in the following areas: Bankruptcy, Social Security Disability, Veteran’s Disability, and Immigration.

Eugene Mogilevsky received his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 2006. He graduated from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science. He is currently admitted to practice before Indiana State courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He worked for Bankruptcy Law Offfice of Mark S. Zuckerberg, P.C. in 2008-2012 proudly serving thousands of consumers needing debt relief. He worked for Doyle Legal Corporation, P.C. in 2012-2014 representing major clients in mortgage foreclosure actions. He has been a faculty member and a lecturer in the Basics of Individual Bankruptcy (2010) and Annual Bankruptcy Institute (2011) seminars He practices primarily in the areas of consumer bankruptcy (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13), mortgage foreclosure defense, immigration, and general litigation. As a former immigrant from the Soviet Union, he had to learn the immigration rules and laws before he even started college, and is compassionate about helping other individuals and families get legalized in the United States of America. He is bilingual (English and Russian languages) and enjoys script writing for comedy clubs and producing comedy and musical shows.
