Before his death, Russell Peck, Jr. worked under the tutelage of his father for over a decade. He learned from his legal expertise and experience. Bob attended the University of New Hampshire and graduated with degrees in Business Administration with minors in Economics and Philosophy. He subsequently completed his legal training at the University of Maine School of Law, graduating with his law degree in May 1988. Jay Marsden has been an elder law attorney in Massachusetts since 2002.
