Attorney Lucas grew up in the small town of Great Falls in upstate South Carolina. Following high school, he attended Coastal Carolina University (CCU) in Conway, South Carolina and graduated in 2010 with a bachelor of arts in Political Science and a minor in pre-law. Following graduation from CCU, he accepted a position at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Shortly thereafter, he was accepted into and began the study of law at the Charleston School of Law, all in an effort to pursue his life-long dream—to practice law in South Carolina. ​ After passing the 2014 South Carolina Bar Exam and moving back to Myrtle Beach, Attorney Lucas had the pleasure of working for several very successful law firms in Horry County. Brooke Eaves Wright was born and raised in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and served as Miss Myrtle Beach 2008, 2010, and 2012. Brooke graduated from Clemson University, where she received a B.S. in Marketing and a Minor in Legal Studies in 2011. Thereafter, Brooke received her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2014. During law school, Brooke was a member of the Moot Court Bar and was one of eight students named to the Order of the Barristers in 2012. Brooke competed on the National Competition Team and was one of three Moot Court Bar members selected to represent the USC School of Law in the National Moot Court Competition sponsored by the American College of Trial Lawyers. Brooke was a Top Four Finalist in the Kate Bockman Memorial 2L Moot Court Competition, in which she argued at the South Carolina Court of Appeals. Brooke served as the Associate Justice of Public Relations & Alumni for the Moot Court Bar. Brooke was an Editorial Staff Member of the Journal of Law & Education and received the Best Spader Award for the January 2012 and July 2013 issues of the Journal. As a Myrtle Beach native, Brooke has always been actively involved in the Myrtle Beach community. Brooke established the Backpack Buddies program in 14 Horry County Schools to provide meals for over 2,100 food insecure children on the weekends. Brooke was recognized with the Presidential Service Award and the Nancy Moore Thurmond Community Service Scholarship for her efforts with the Backpack Buddies program. In addition, Brooke received the Sun News Community Leadership Scholarship for her dedication to community service in the Myrtle Beach community. Brooke is very passionate about community service and she is dedicated to seeking justice for injured individuals and their families.

Formerly of West Virginia, graduated with BA Degree from Marshall University in 1982 and Capital University Law School in 1985. He was admitted to both the South Carolina Bar and United States District Court in 1986. He has practiced law in the Horry County Area since 1986. Randy is a member of the Horry County Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association, and the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is certified as an arbitrator, as well as a certified Family/Divorce Mediator and Certified Guardian Ad Litem with the South Carolina Council for Conflict Resolutions. Mark Nappier has been practicing in the field of civil litigation since 1991. He is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and North Carolina and has concentrated his practice in the area of personal injury, to include automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, and wrongful death. In addition to his personal injury work, Mr. Nappier also does significant trial work in the areas of contract law, real estate litigation, and collections.
