Emmanuel E. Edem is a partner in the Oklahoma City law firm of Norman & Edem, PLLC. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University. He is listed in “Best Lawyers in America”. Mr. Edem is a sustaining member of the American Association For Justice (formerly known as the Association Of Trial Lawyers Of America) and has served as a faculty member at the National College of Advocacy and the Ultimate Trial College at Harvard Law School. He has also taught as an adjunct professor at Oklahoma City University School of Law. He is a past president of the Civil Justice Foundation and a trustee of the Roscoe Pound Foundation. In 1998, Mr. Edem was one of the few lawyers in the United States selected to participate in the American Bar Association’s Presidential Showcase Program, the “The Trial of the Century-The Sinking of the Titanic,” which took place at the Annual Meeting of the American Bar Association in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Mr. Edem’s practice is limited to serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, products liability, medical malpractice, and general civil litigation. Mr. Edem is also involved, on a national basis, in cases arising out of the subprime mortgage crisis, and the securitization of mortgage loans by the financial industry.

After retiring from the US Army in 2009, Mr. Farmer, never one to rest on his laurels, decided to pursue a second career as an advocate. Earning his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies under the GI Bill at the University of Maryland, Mr. Farmer went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Concord Law School in 2013, becoming a member of the California State Bar in 2015. While his military career took him all over the world, Mr. Farmer grew up in Texas, and when the time came to decide where to begin his legal career, he settled close to his roots, starting a practice in Lawton, OK, and eventually expanding to an additional office in Oklahoma City, where he currently lives. Since that time, Mr. Farmer has been defending the rights of those who find themselves at a disadvantage when faced with legal issues. ​Working in the federal court system, Mr. Farmer is admitted to practice and represents clients in the federal courts of the Western, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Oklahoma and the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. A native of the Oklahoma City area, Attorney B. David Sisson has provided bankruptcy assistance to area individuals and businesses for nearly twenty-seven years. Mr. Sisson is certified as a specialist in consumer bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification. Prior to beginning his career in the law, Mr. Sisson attended University of Central Oklahoma, where he earned his undergraduate degree, graduating summa cum laude in 1973. He later attended the University of Oklahoma, where he graduated with a Juris Doctor in 1990. While in law school, Mr. Sisson belonged to Phi Delta Phi, an international legal fraternity. He is a member of several professional law organizations, including the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the National Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustees, and the National Association of Consumer Advocates.
