A native of New Orleans, Evan Breaux is the son of Darryl Breaux. Since his youth, Evan has known that he wanted to be an attorney like his father, Darryl, and his maternal grandfather, the late Clifford P. de Laup, Jr. While earning his Business Management degree at the University of New Orleans, Mr. Breaux worked part-time for his father, thus beginning his experience in the field of personal injury law. Mr. Breaux then worked as a law clerk for a Baton Rouge mixed litigation firm with a concentration in personal injury during his law school years. Soon after obtaining his Louisiana Bar license, Evan began working as an Associate Attorney at a well-known, large personal injury firm in New Orleans. Eugene Redmann is a lifelong resident of New Orleans. After attending Jesuit High School for two years, Gene graduated from O. Perry Walker High School in 1976. Gene worked in private business and then received a degree in accounting from Loyola University in 1988. He entered Loyola University School of Law in 1988 and graduated in 1991. Gene began clerking at the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans as a junior in law school in 1990 for the Honorable Gerald P. Fedoroff and continued there until 1992. Gene then went in to private practice, where he continues today. Gene comes from a distinguished line of lawyers. His father, the Honorable William V. Redmann, was a Court of Appeal Judge in New Orleans from 1967 until 1987 when he retired as Chief Judge due to health reasons. Two of Gene’s eight siblings are lawyers. More than 40 of Gene’s extended family are lawyers in the New Orleans area. Gene has been in private practice for the past 20 years. He has a wide practice, including personal injury, criminal and DWI cases and many traffic offense cases. Additionally, Gene handles divorce and family cases, civil matters and expungement of criminal records.

Born and raised in New Orleans, attorney John W. Redmann is the son of William V. Redmann, a respected judge on Louisiana’s 4th Circuit Court of Appeal, and comes from a family with a rich tradition in legal practice. Through his work, John Redmann extends his forebears’ tradition of legal representation and service to the state he calls home and the United States for nearly three decades. Also, Mr. Sunseri serves as legal counsel for the Gulf Coast Government Contractors Association (GCGCA), a trade association for securing government contracts in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast region. Recently, Mr. Sunseri was named as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Louisiana by Louisiana Attorney James "Buddy" Caldwell.

Cameron J. Windham is an associate attorney at Nicaud & Sunseri and has been with the firm since 2021. A Washington, DC native, Cameron studied English at Amherst College in Massachusetts and pitched on the varsity baseball team. He graduated from Tulane Law School in 2021 where he earned a certificate in sports law. Cameron was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in October of 2022. Cameron has primarily been handling Hurricane Ida claims since the storm devasted southern Louisiana in September of 2021. Additionally, he has worked on various family law matters and numerous disputes concerning small businesses. Cameron is eager to broaden his legal experience in other areas not limited to business and corporate law, social security, and Name, Image and Likeness for Collegiate athletes.

Christopher Robles has been practicing law since 2015. Chris works in every aspect of residential and commercial real estate from examining title and handling title curative problems to preparing and issuing title policies and coordinating closings. Chris has also had the opportunity to gain experience in a diverse array of practice areas including real estate, consumer finance, wills and estates, contracts, personal injury, and other various civil matters. When it comes to real estate, Chris has seen first-hand the myriad of issues that can affect title to property and has been a part of the solution to those problems. Jack E. "Bobby" Truitt was born in Texas, but raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. After graduating from Jesuit High School of New Orleans, he attended Louisiana State University where he obtained a business administration degree with a minor in political science. He then obtained his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law and has been licensed in Louisiana and Texas since. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State and Federal District and Appellate Courts and has been admitted to the United States Supreme Court as well. Mr. Truitt began his practice with a small defense firm that practiced primarily admiralty, worker's compensation, and general casualty litigation. However, he soon joined a larger insurance defense firm in Metairie, Louisiana where he began trying many cases on behalf of major national clients such as Kmart, Cox Cable, Tonti Properties, and Walgreens; there, he obtained numerous "zero verdicts" in bench and jury trials. Mr. Truitt soon became a partner in this firm, but was dissatisfied with the "big firm" mentality, so he formed his own firm with two assistant district attorneys, who thereafter returned to practicing criminal law on a full-time basis. The Truitt Law Firm continued with the association of Jack E. Truitt, Bobby's father, who has since passed, and others. The firm continues to represent major national clients successfully at the trial and appellate levels. The firm has significant experience in the areas of pharmaceutical defense, automobile litigation, premises liability, construction litigation, worker's compensation, business litigation, and criminal defense. Mr. Truitt has been a presenter at many continuing education seminars for other lawyers, paralegals, and claims professionals. Mr. Truitt serves on the Board of Directors for the West St. Tammany YMCA and is involved in other organizations benefitting the community. Mr. Truitt resides in Covington, Louisiana with his wife and three boys.
