Mr. Capetillo was born, raised, and still resides in Fort Bend County, Texas. He graduated from B.F. Terry High School as a fighting Terry Ranger Baseball Player. He continued his education and earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston while working part-time in Houston’s Oil & Gas industry in various tax related roles. After graduation, he accepted an offer from the world’s largest publicly traded international oil and gas company and worked in their tax department while attending night classes at South Texas College of Law. In his last semester at STCL, Mr. Capetillo secured an internship at the Harris County Public Defender’s Office in downtown Houston. Alton C Todd is a Texas native and has lived in the Galveston/Houston areas since 1971. Alton grew up in the small central Texas town of Hamilton about 70 miles west of Waco and graduated in 1964. He then received his undergraduate degree from North Texas State University (now UNT) while working full-time on a freight dock. He graduated in 1968 with a wife, twin boys, and a daughter on the way. Attorney Josh Mintz is a native Houstonian who grew up around the law, becoming the 7th lawyer in his family when obtaining his J.D. from U.C. Hastings College of the Law (San Francisco) in 2003. Since then, Josh has developed a rare mix of expertise as both a lawyer and businessperson in a wide variety of professional organizations, including the California firm Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, the Am Law 100 international law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, and the Beaumont, TX based firm Waldman Smallwood. Micheal Busby is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Association of Debtor’s Attorneys and is admitted to practice in the Federal Courts in the Southern District of Texas. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served as a Field Artillery Cannoner from 1989 to 1993.
