Jonathan Breeden is a successful family law lawyer in Garner, North Carolina. Lew graduated from Clinton High School where he was President of the Senior Class, President of Future Farmers of America, and received the American Farmer degree, the highest degree given by the organization. He was also voted “most likely to succeed” by his senior classmates. He graduated from Campbell University in 1987 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He served as President of the Adam Smith Club, Campbell’s second largest club. While at Campbell, Lew was nominated and placed in “Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities.” He is also listed in the United States Directory of “Outstanding Young Men in America.” In 1990, Lew graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law where he served on the Wake Forest Law Review for one year and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellence in Contracts as he was the top scorer for contracts in the law school division. He was also on the Dean’s List in recognition of his academic achievements in law school. Lew is currently the managing partner in the law firm of Daughtry, Woodard, Lawrence & Starling which has offices in Clinton and Smithfield, North Carolina. He is very active in the community and is a member of the Masonic Lodge, Hiram Lodge #98. He is also a Shriner and a lifelong member of the First Baptist Church in Clinton where he served as a Deacon. He was appointed unanimously by the Sampson County Board of Commissioners to the Board of Trustees of the Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton where he served a six-year term as the youngest member in the history of the Board and was reappointed to the Board for a second term. After serving twelve years, he was unanimously elected as general counsel for Sampson Regional Medical Center and is currently serving in that capacity. Lew serves on the Campbell University Board of Presidential Advisors and is currently serving on the Board of Trustees. He is currently also serving on the Board of the Clinton branch of First Citizens Bank. Lew has served on the Board of the Sampson Community College Foundation and has served as its President. Lew has also served since 2001 and continues to serve as the Chairman of the Clinton/Sampson Airport Authority. In 2001, Lew was elected Mayor of Clinton, and is currently serving his seventh term. While serving as Mayor, Clinton has been selected as an All American City, a national distinction. During his tenure, Lew has received the following awards for community leadership: Clinton-Sampson Chamber of Commerce Multi-Cultural; Business Committee’s Martin Luther King, Jr., Award; Honorary Chairman, March of Dimes Walk America 2003 and 2004. During these two years, the City of Clinton was a co-sponsor of the event and an active participant; Best Elected Official in Sampson County for the years 2003, 2004, and 2008; Recognized by the District 5 Steering Committee for outstanding service above and beyond his duties in the Civic Pride Clean-Up Day on October 7, 2006. He personally drove a trash truck to pick up the trash bags collected by the volunteers on Clean-Up Day. Lew spends countless hours every week attending community events and programs. He often attends weddings, birthday parties, and funerals of citizens of Clinton. He also has an open-door policy and meets with all citizens at their request and personally returns all calls to citizens. In support of the All American City effort in 2009, Lew forgave and donated his salary as Mayor for the endeavor. He was the keynote speaker at the Martin Luther King, Jr., event in January 2010. In 2010, Lew was recognized by the North Carolina Bar Association as a “Citizen Lawyer” for his work in the community. Eric Richardson is the owner of ER Law, a boutique litigation firm that he started in 2018 to give North Carolina citizens greater access to the justice system. Since 2018 the firm has grown to add two associate attorneys and establish a prominent presence in Guilford and Rockingham Counties. Eric practices primarily Family Law and Personal Injury Law, and the firm also handles all level of Criminal Law matters. Since graduating from law school, Eric built his trial practice by handling a wide variety of cases before North Carolina District and Superior Courts, Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts, as well as the North Carolina Industrial Commission. Although Eric has represented a number of business interests and other entities during his legal career, he now focuses his practice on representing people who need assistance in maneuvering through the maze of civil litigation. Born in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Eric graduated from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and government. He worked for two years as a Federal Budget Analyst in Bethesda, Maryland before attending law school. Eric graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1996 where he was a member of the Editorial Board of the Wake Forest Law Review. Eric is a member of the NC Bar Association, the NC Advocates for Justice, the American Association for Justice, and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates’ Forum. He is currently a Board Member for NC BarCares, serves on the Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity Committee for the NC Bar Association, and is a Co-Regional Coordinator for the NC Mock Trial Program. Eric is a former President of the Greensboro Bar Association, and he has served on the NC Bar Association’s Medico-Legal Committee, the NC Bar Association’s Family Law Section Committee, the NC Bar Association’s Insurance Law Committee, and as President of the Guilford County Family Law Section. He has also served as CLE co-chair for the Auto Torts section of the NC Advocates for Justice He is a published author and contributes a significant amount of his time to community service, including past service as the General Chairman for the 2009 Wyndham Championship PGA tour event and 8 years coaching the East Forsyth High School trial team in the NC Mock Trial Competition. Eric has also been recognized in multiple years by the Greensboro Bar Association as a member of the Herb Falk Society. Eric is certified to practice in the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of North Carolina’s Federal Courts as well as the United States Supreme Court.

C. Randy Emory was born and raised in the small, rural town of Wilson NC. Throughout his childhood, Mr. Emory displayed many leadership qualities. In High School, Randy was President of the Student Body, also finding time to excel and letter in three sports. Ultimately, Mr. Emory decided to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his collegiate studies. While there, he continued his involvement in student government, serving on a multitude of committees. Randy also mentored children in the Big Brother Big Sister Program. He is a very proud member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. After graduating from UNC in 1985, Mr. Emory enrolled in law school at North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC. While in his studies, he also interned with State Farm Insurance company. There he was able to really grasp how Insurance Companies handled their many claims that they received on a daily basis. After completing Law School, Randy worked in the claims department at State Farm Insurance for three years. While there, he handled over three thousand auto claims, gaining valuable knowledge. In 1991, Mr. Emory was able to transfer that knowledge to an established personal injury firm in Charlotte where he worked for ten years. In 2001, Randy started the Emory Law Firm, and it has been successfully operating ever since. He has handled over 16,000 auto claims during his career. Randy remains a very active member in his community, having served as Vice Chairman of the Citizen Review Board for the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department. He also has taken the responsibility of helping at risk youth in his area. Mr. Emory is also a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. He currently resides with his wife Tammy and two boys.​

Mr. Eisner received his B.A. degree in American Studies from the University of North Carolina, his MPA from the University of North Carolina School of Government and his J. D. from Campbell University School of Law. He is a member of the NC Bar Association. His focus is on business law, bankruptcy, civil litigation, workouts and alternatives to bankruptcy, and foreclosure defense.

He received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University in 1980 and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1983. He joined the firm in 1988 and became a partner in 1990. He has an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was selected as a Top-Rated Lawyer by Top Lawyers of North Carolina for 2014. Dudley is a frequent lecturer on legal ethics, disciplinary matters, and the interplay between civil and criminal proceedings. He has also been a supervising attorney for the clinical program at Wake Forest University School of Law.
