Mr. Levy also graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Marketing and was chosen as the most outstanding senior major in Marketing. Mr. Levy is married and the father of two daughters. His community activities include serving as a founding board member of the Dream Connection, Inc., an organization that helps fulfill dreams” of children who have life-threatening illnesses. In that role, Mr. Levy assisted Guard and Reserve members to ensure that they were treated fairly by their employers when their military obligations interfered with their civil employment. Martin Stephen Sir hails from Fayetteville, Tennessee. He attended American University where he graduated with honors before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1979. A few years after his graduation from law school, Martin was elected to the Tennessee House of Representatives. Martin's foundation of faith and family values inspires him to fight for justice. Ryan G. Saharovich was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin. After he obtained his undergraduate degree, Mr. Saharovich attended Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia where he graduated with honors. While at Emory, Mr. Saharovich received the Dean’s Award in Legal Writing and Research, as well as the Custer-Tuggle Award of Excellence in Family Law. Mr. Saharovich also served as a Notes & Comments Editor on the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal where he won the 2016 Keith J. Shapiro Award for Excellence in Consumer Bankruptcy Writing for his law review article. Following completion of his first year of law school, Mr. Saharovich worked as a summer clerk in the chambers of United States District Court Judge Jon McCalla, which allowed him to observe and better understand the litigation process. After graduating from law school, Mr. Saharovich worked for Burch, Porter & Johnson where he primarily handled a range of litigation matters including automobile accident, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and commercial litigation cases. In 2019, 2020 and 2021, Mr. Saharovich was named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. Early on in his career, Mr. Saharovich developed a passion for helping individuals who require legal assistance after suffering an injury to ensure they are fully compensated. John Ballard is a third generation attorney following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Jack Butler, and his father before him, General Howard Butler. Mr. Thomas was admitted to the Tennessee bar in 1978, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court in the, Middle and Eastern Districts of Tennessee.D.
