Patrick Dylan Witherington has been practicing law for 18 years. As the founder and principal of Witherington Injury Law, he devotes his time and resources to helping people in his area who have suffered an injury or loss. A lifetime resident of Nashville, Patrick received his law degree from the University of Tennessee and is active with the Nashville Bar Association, where he served on the board of the young lawyer's division. Bill Pemerton earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University in 2000 and was awarded his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in 2005. Upon graduation from Cumberland, he was honored with a Certificate of Trial Advocacy and has since maintained a substantial litigation practice in both Tennessee and Alabama. His practice includes personal injury, family law, and general litigation. He was recently listed as a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 general civil and family mediator.
