A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Mr. Haskins graduated from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and interned with the South Carolina House of Representatives, the South Carolina Senate, and worked as a Special Assistant in the Public Affairs Division for the South Carolina Office of the Attorney General. Mr. Haskins then attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, where he obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. At Florida Coastal, he was Parliamentarian of the Student Bar Association Legislature and Chief Justice of the Honor Court. Having graduated Florida Coastal in two and one-half years, Mr. Haskins passed the Alaska Bar Examination and became a Member of the Alaska Bar Association. After Florida Coastal, he attended American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., where he obtained his Master of Law (LL.M.) degree in Law & Government, specializing in Law, Politics, and Legislation, with a concentration on Civil & Constitutional Rights. While at American, he interned in the United States Senate and was a Legal Fellow for United States Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC). Mr. Haskins also helped found the Alaska Bar Association Federal Regulatory Practice Section in Washington, D.C. Returning to South Carolina, Mr. Haskins passed the South Carolina Bar Examination and became a Member of the South Carolina Bar. Mr. Haskins worked in firms in Greenville and Charleston, gaining valuable experience in handling family law, estate planning, and real estate legal issues. Chad was born and raised in St. Charles, Missouri just outside of St. Louis. He attended undergrad at Valparaiso University in Northwest Indiana and graduated in 2004 with a political science major. Chad then moved to Charleston, South Carolina in 2004 and attended the Charleston School of Law. He was part of the first graduating class and received his juris doctor degree in 2007. He was soon admitted to the South Carolina Bar and to the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. After law school, in 2007, Chad joined the Berkeley County Public Defender’s office. He worked for nine years at the public defender’s office. Chad worked thousands of cases ranging from drug offenses, traffic violations to armed robbery and murder. He is well seasoned at going to trial and fighting hard for his clients. He obtained numerous not guilty verdicts at trial including Criminal sexual conduct, armed robberies and assaults. Even before trial, he got an attempted murder case dismissed at a preliminary hearing. He works diligently to get the best outcome for his client by evaluating risk. In 2015, Chad graduated from the National criminal defense college in Macon, Georgia. In 2016, He opened the doors to his own law office. In private practice, Chad was able to successfully get a dismissal on a Murder charge, Assault and Battery by a Mob, while also getting a not guilty verdict on an Armed Robbery. Being in private practice allowed Chad to expand his criminal representation to the magistrate and municipal level. While in magistrate court Chad has over a dozen not guilty verdicts at trial and nearly a hundred cases dismissed prior to trial. In 2019 and 2020, Chad was named as a top 100 criminal defense attorneys by the National Trial Lawyers Association. In addition to a member of the National Trial Lawyers Association, Chad is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Berkeley County Bar Association and Dorchester County Bar Association. Chad is also a member of the Business Networking International Lowcountry Business Professional’s chapter, where he previously served as the Vice-President and is currently the Member Mentor for the chapter. Chad lives in Charleston with his wife, Whitney, two children, Brian and James and two stepchildren, Erica and Chase. He sat on the board of his wife’s nonprofit organization Chase After a Cure who raises money for childhood cancer research. In addition, he has participated in Scouting as a Leader for his boys dens. He has sponsored and coached numerous youth baseball leagues. Chad was on the church counsel at St. Luke’s Lutheran church and serves as a commissioner for the Summerville Church Softball League.

Chase Keibler grew up outside of Pittsburgh, PA in a blue-collar town before he and his family moved to South Carolina in 2013. Chase holds true to his core values: hard work through teamwork and drive, justice through vision and planning, and service through commitment to others. Chase graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (“IUP”), located about 60 miles outside of Pittsburgh. While at IUP, Chase met his wife, Laura, played ACHA Division I hockey, and served as the captain of the hockey team his senior year. Chase graduated IUP with a Bachelor of Arts in English, Pre-law and a minor degree in Political Science, and he was an ACHA Academic All American his junior and senior year. During his sophomore year at IUP, he started the IUP Pre-Law Society and served as its President for three years. For six years throughout the final years of high school and while getting his undergraduate degree, Chase worked as a roofer laying shingles. Following IUP, Chase studied law at The University of South Carolina School of Law. He graduated in the top 15% of the class, cum laude, and Order of the Wig and Robe and served as the Senior Articles Editor of the South Carolina Law Review and as a Judicial Extern for Judge Michelle Childs in the District of South Carolina. Following law school, Chase began his career as a trial attorney at Nexsen Pruet, LLC – one of the region’s largest and well-respected law firms. While at Nexsen Pruet, Chase represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court and had a diverse litigation practice, handling matters related to federal antitrust cartels, unfair trade practice, complex commercial and business litigation, personal injury and related insurance actions, and land use litigation. Chase successfully represented businesses in multi-million-dollar disputes including prosecuting price-fixing antitrust cartels, breach of contract claims, and bad faith insurance claims for insurer’s failure to cover or defend an insured. Chase also represented individual plaintiffs who suffered personal injuries including dog bites, bed bugs, and injuries caused by the government. Importantly, Chase represented insurance companies in truck accidents and car accidents. While representing insurance companies, Chase learned how they value cases, he saw how they treat injured individuals, and he learned how they operate. Chase is licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina. He is a proven trial attorney and has considerable courtroom experience, trying numerous bench and jury trials to verdict. He tried cases on behalf of injured individuals, corporate plaintiffs, and insurance companies.

Chris Edwards is the managing attorney for the Upstate of South Carolina office of Moss & Associates Attorneys, PA. Chris served in the military before attending the University of South Carolina where he obtained his A.S. and B.A. degrees. After his undergraduate studies, Chris worked in public safety in Charleston, SC before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. His first job as an attorney was for Moore, Taylor & Thomas in West Columbia, SC where he practiced criminal, civil, and family law. Now, Chris' practice involves filing Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 Bankruptcies for individuals and businesses. His focus is on getting people the fresh start they need, saving people's homes from foreclosure, and assisting with tax debts. David Conway was born in Charleston, South Carolina and raised on Sullivan’s Island, South Carolina, attending Porter-Gaud School and Bishop England High School. David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio, where he received Dean’s Honors. While at Case Western, David was a leader in the school’s renowned Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic, providing aid to indigent clients. While acting in that capacity, David successfully arbitrated his client’s predatory lending claim. Prior to founding Miller|Conway, David worked as an attorney for a Chicago, Illinois-based boutique trial law firm, which was retained by some of the largest law firms in the world to litigate multi-million dollar disputes between Fortune 500 companies. In 1984 David opened his own practice and, since 1995, has specialized in the Tax Problem Resolution field. David’s extensive knowledge of mathematics helps him give his clients a distinct advantage in resolving their IRS problems. At the end of the day his passion and what excites him is seeing the clients happy with the solution that has been obtained for them and knowing they are “getting their life back.” The IRS Problem Resolution practice provided a natural progression into the field of Estate Planning, because he learned that so many people do not know how to preserve and organize their assets for their spouses, children and other loved ones. He has helped many clients form Trusts and other Estate Planning documents that assure that their assets are protected and are passed to their heirs in the manner they wish. David is married and has one adult daughter, Brittany, who has her BA from Clemson and MBA degree from Liberty University. He is a member of the Greenville County Bar, The South Carolina Bar, the American Association for Justice and the South Carolina Association for Justice. He is also a member of a national tax problem resolution group, the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers. He is admitted to practice before all South Carolina Courts, the Federal Courts and the U. S. Tax Court. Outside of the office you can usually find David at the family farm where he and his family enjoy spending time with his horse, dogs, cat and parrot. When he has time, David’s other hobby is photography and videography. In the fall David’s favorite thing is to attend or watch Clemson football. He and Jean also love to have Brittany visit from her home in Charlotte or go to visit her. David and his family are active members of Scenic Hills Baptist Church where he serves as the church’s legal counsel.

Derek is a native of Lancaster, South Carolina and a graduate of Lancaster High School. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2007 from Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina. While at Presbyterian, Derek was named to the Dean’s List, worked in the student center, and was a member of the Kappa Alpha Order fraternity. Immediately following undergraduate school, Derek sought his Juris Doctor degree from Charlotte School of Law in Charlotte, North Carolina. While attending law school, Derek studied abroad at the St. Mary’s University Institute on World Legal Problems, where he studied under an international faculty, including United States Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito. After completing his education, Derek decided that the best use of his legal education would be to serve his hometown area. He began his legal career at a small firm in Lancaster, where he represented clients on a broad range of matters, including domestic, civil, criminal, and probate issues. Derek joins the Schiller & Hamilton team to head the firm’s newly reopened Lancaster Office to continue serving his hometown. He will focus his practice on family law and probate matters, as well as personal injury and accidents. Derek is an avid outdoorsman when not practicing law, and enjoys hunting and fishing throughout the year. He was awarded the Eagle Scout rank in 2001 while a member of Troop 72 of the Boy Scouts of America in Lancaster. Derek currently serves as an Area Chairman of Ducks Unlimited, leading the Lancaster County Chapter’s committee of volunteers to raise money and awareness to preserve and protect wetland habitat. In 2013, Derek completed the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce’s “Leadership Lancaster” program, a course designed to educate potential community leaders about the history, needs, and goals of Lancaster County. Derek and his wife, Natalie, are active in their church and community and enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.
