Roma, J.S.C. for the 2012-2013 judicial term and earned an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from the prestigious Pepperdine University School of Law, Straus Institute. Stephanie Palo, Esq. devotes her practice to the litigation of family law, criminal defense, and commercial civil litigation matters. Although Stephanie always strives to efficiently resolve cases in her clients’ favor, she is an experienced litigator who when necessary zealously advocates for her clients in court. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the District Court of the District of New Jersey, and the State of New York. While attending Rutgers School of Law-Newark, Stephanie served as Co-Chair of the Moot Court Board, a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Associate, and a Submissions Editor on the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. Stephanie additionally served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Katharine S. Hayden of the District Court of the District of New Jersey. After graduating from Rutgers School of Law – Newark in 2009, Stephanie was a judicial clerk to the Honorable Rudy B. Coleman of the New Jersey Appellate Division. As a law clerk, Stephanie was dedicated to conducting legal research, drafting bench memoranda, and assisting Judge Coleman in the composition of judicial opinions. The skills Stephanie developed as an Appellate Division law clerk have been invaluable in her appeals practice. In her family law practice, Stephanie prides herself on assessing and attentively addressing the unique challenges of each case. Stephanie is prepared whether the case presents with contested child custody issues, complex distribution of marital property, cash-flow disputes, marital business distribution, domestic violence, or need for appeal. She is also dedicated to resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation, arbitration, cooperative divorce, and collaborative divorce. Stephanie also regularly serves as a mediator and as an Early Settlement Panel panelist in Monmouth County. Thomas F. Flynn, III, is the founding shareholder of Flynn & Associates, P.C. He is an accomplished attorney admitted to the New Jersey Bar with more than 39 years of representing those injured in complex personal injury cases including motor vehicle/trucking collisions; traumatic brain injuries; premise liability; medical malpractice; products liability; professional malpractice including engineering, architectural and legal; construction workplace injuries and workers compensation job injuries and representing healthcare providers in various managed care disputes with insurance carriers. A native of South Jersey, Mr. Flynn attended high school at Bishop Eustace Preparatory School in Pennsauken NJ and he began his legal education as an honors graduate from LaSalle University Philadelphia, PA, and went on to graduate from Widener University Law School in 1982 where he was a Board Officer of the Moot Court Honor Society (Runner-up in Moot Court Competition,1980) and a Member writer for the Delaware Law Forum. Since law school, he has spent years sharpening his litigation and negotiation skills. Mr. Flynn also has great experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution. He has successfully participated in numerous trials, mediations, and arbitrations, which have resulted in substantial victories for his clients. Whenever possible, Mr. Flynn seeks to spare his clients the expense and hardships of litigation. However, he is well-prepared to fight for them when necessary. Mr. Flynn is a member of the New Jersey Bar and is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

William R. Larkin, III ("Bill") and Joseph P. Farrell, III ("Joe") built their careers together at a mid-sized firm with a high volume litigation practice. Joe started at the firm in December 2001 and Bill followed shortly thereafter in April 2003. Both were promoted to Partner in 2008. Bill had the privilege of running the day-to-day operations of the firm as Managing Partner while Joe was the lead trial attorney and Manager of the arbitration and appeals departments. They represented large insurance companies, government agencies, and private clients in thousands of lawsuits over the course of 15+ years before leaving the firm to form Larkin Farrell, LLC.
