Adam joined Fitzpatrick & Associates in 2017. He concentrates his practice in Worker’s Compensation, Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, Employment law, and Automobile accidents. Adam attended New England School of Law │ Boston, and received his Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude in 2016 . While in Law School Adam was on the Dean’s list all semesters, received the New England Scholar Award from 2013-2015, was awarded the Trustee’s Academic Scholarship from 2014-2016. Adam served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Raymond Brassard in Superior Court and he served as a student Attorney for the New England Law│Boston Clinical law Office representing clients in Social Security Disability, Family Law, and Elder Planning. Bob has been practicing law for twenty-nine years and is licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. Bob attended the University of New Hampshire and graduated with degrees in Business Administration with minors in Economics and Philosophy. He subsequently completed his legal training at the University of Maine School of Law, graduating with his law degree in May 1988. He is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and the First circuit Federal District Court. Bob has been a member of the SSJM team since 1988. During Bob’s first decade as a lawyer, he primarily litigated commercial, business, personal injury and family law disputes. Jay Marsden has been an elder law attorney in Massachusetts since 2002. In addition to his experience as an estate planning and elder law attorney, Jay spent over 16 years working as an investment advisor at Fidelity Investments in Boston, where he managed over 700 High Net Worth client relationships as part of their Private Client Group, providing both investment, retirement, and estate planning advice. He is married and the proud father of two daughters.
