Besides his work on DWI appeals, David litigated tax protests, business closures, and other civil lawsuits on behalf of DFA. As a Little Rock native, David serves on the Board of Directors for the Big Dam Bridge Foundation, whose mission is to promote the use, support, and preservation of the Big Dam Bridge for the advancement of health, fitness, cultural and recreational activities in Arkansas. David is also among the sixteen founding members of the Little Rock Touchdown Club, where membership has grown to more than 800 members, with the purpose of bringing football fans together to support all levels of Arkansas football.

Michael Jered Medlock was born in Fort Smith, AR in 1980. He resided with his mother, father, and two sisters: Jill and Jessica, in Mulberry, AR until the age of 18. Jered went to the University of Arkansas – Fayetteville where he majored in political science and continued his education at the University of Arkansas Law School where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. Upon graduation and successful completion of the Bar examination, Jered returned home to practice. He joined a plaintiff-oriented general practice firm and was so employed for 3 years until he decided to start his own firm. Jered is licensed to practice in Arkansas State and Federal Courts as well as the Eighth and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He resides in Fort Smith, AR with his wife Tasha. Jered focuses his practice on personal injury, criminal defense, and complex litigation.
