Joseph is a criminal defense attorney and retired U.S. Marine Corps officer. He has been defending the Constitution since 1987. After a 27-year career in the Marines, Joseph retired and attended law school at the S. J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. While in law school, Joseph was heavily involved in the college’s clinical program. Joseph interned in criminal law at the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association, providing public defender services in Salt Lake Justice and District Courts. He also interned in immigration law with Holy Cross Ministries Immigration Law division where he assisted victims of crime to gain legal status in the United States. At Collins Rupp, Joseph provides criminal defense, bankruptcy, and family law services throughout Utah. Joseph represents clients in municipal justice courts and state district courts on matters ranging from simple infractions and misdemeanors to first degree felonies. In addition to his Juris Doctor from the University of Utah, Joseph also holds a Master’s Degree in International Studies from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish from Weber State University. Diana has been a mediator for twelve years, since 2012. She has helped hundreds of couples resolve their divorce and custody conflicts through mediation, without the extra cost, delay, and emotional trauma of litigation. Diana is also an attorney and has represented people in family law cases, including divorce, custody, and paternity matters, for 30 years. She is intimately familiar with the law, courtroom procedure, judges and litigation. Diana is also skilled at diplomatic negotiation, and has resolved countless cases over the past 30 years as an attorney, through mediation. She was a founding partner of "Huntsman, Lofgran, Walton, PLLC, where she has led her firm in practicing law since 2005. She is presently of counsel with HLW, having retired from litigation in March, 2024. Originally from Colorado, Cory completed her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at Utah State University before moving on to the University of Utah for law school. She enjoys using her education and experience to help others in the Tooele community. Cory has practiced in numerous areas, including real estate, construction defect, constitutional law, family law, and more. Recently, Cory has enjoyed narrowing her practice areas to estate planning, personal injury, and public defense. Over the past few years, Cory has become even more passionate about protecting the rights of disadvantaged members of her community and has focused her criminal practice on public defense. Cory genuinely enjoys her work as the Tooele County Managing Defender and her role in elevating defense resources for all persons charged with a crime.

Zachary C. Myers is a champion debater and zealous litigator who will vindicate your rights as a property owner or renter. Zach became a champion debater by wining First Place in multiple intercollegiate speech and debate tournaments. He was the recipient of the 2007 Mahaffey Award for excellence in speech and debate. His education and training includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science (Magna Cum Laude) from Utah State University and a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center. At Georgetown Zach explored a broad variety of interests. He was the Senior Submissions Editor for the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. He also participated in mock trial competitions, won a pro bono asylum case, and advised the Ohio Public Service Commission on administrative law and energy policy.
