Josh began practicing law at the international law firm of Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago in 2002. There he focused his practice on preparation and trial before federal and state courts of cases involving a broad range of business-oriented substantive law issues. Those issues included breach of contract, torts, products liability, employment matters, construction litigation, real estate and insurance overage. From 2006 to 2012, Josh continued his litigation practice in Atlanta, most recently at Rogers & Hardin, LLP. He has experience defending financial institutions, manufacturers and sellers of consumer products and services, and other large corporate clients. He has represented them in individual suits, class actions, qui tam claims and other complex cases in venues across the nation, including courts located in Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, California, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, Texas, Delaware, New Mexico, Louisiana and Utah. Josh has also cost-effectively resolved numerous commercial disputes for clients by pursuing creative litigation strategies, and by obtaining favorable results short of trial through arbitration, mediation and negotiation. Since moving to Heber Valley in 2012, Joshua has expanded his practice to include criminal defense, estate planning and business transactions. Josh is fluent in Swedish and speaks Dutch as well. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, Georgia and Utah as well as several federal district and appellate courts across the country. Josh and his wife, Dagmar, who has a Ph.D in biomechanical engineering, are the proud parents of four children and love living in beautiful Heber Vall

After serving as an extern at the Utah Court of Appeals, Jason began his law career as general counsel for a growing Utah company with diverse subsidiaries and locations in multiples states and product sales throughout the United States and more than a dozen countries internationally. Jason understands how important the law is to business success and employs a proactive approach to legal issues. Over his career, Jason has gained substantial experience with acquisitions, banking, corporate law, contracts, employment law, finance, insurance, mining, trademarks, pricing, regulatory compliance, and trademarks. Jason has a particular interest in real estate law and is also a licensed real estate broker. Jason’s experience as a licensed real estate broker and corporate attorney provides him a strong foundation and unique ability to serve his business clients. In his free time, Jason plays drums in a local rock band and snow skis in Park City during the winter months. He and his wife, SoonHee also enjoy camping and spending time with their four children.

Tyler carries the tradition of law in the Young family into the next generation – and very successfully. After finishing his baseball career at Utah Valley State College (now U.V.U.) in 2000, graduating from University of Utah in 2002, Tyler moved on to study law at Oklahoma City University. In 2006, he received his J.D. and brought back his experience to Utah where he has since helped hundreds of personal injury clients receive the settlements they deserve. Tyler was selected as one of Utah’s top 40 trial lawyers under 40, which evidences his drive and dedication to serve his clients to every extent of the law. He has also been a major contributor to charitable and legal organizations. He currently serves on the Board of the Utah Association for Justice (formerly known as the Utah Trial Lawyers Association), where he serves on the amicus committee and membership committee. He is also a Commissioner Elect on the Utah State Bar Commission (which manages the affairs of the Utah Bar Association). He continues to give back to the community through his involvement in the Springville Rotary Club where he was President from 2011 to 2012, and occasionally, as time allows, coaching high school baseball.

Jordan Palmer was raised in St. George, Utah. Jordan served a two-year Latter-day Saint mission in Ecuador. After returning home from Ecuador, Jordan played soccer at Iowa Western Community College in Council Bluffs, IA. He completed coursework for a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish at Utah Valley University. He was accepted to the University of Oregon School of Law where he completed law school. During law school, he honed his researching skills as a law clerk for Shlesinger & deVillenueve, a personal injury law firm in Eugene, Oregon. It was there the Jordan realized he had a deep passion for insurance law and helping those being treated unfairly by the insurance companies. Jordan is skilled at negotiating with insurance adjusters on behalf of his clients. He understands that people who have been in accidents are tackling difficult physical, financial, and emotional situations. He is committed to helping his client fully recover and make sure that they receive the compensation they deserve. In his downtime, Jordan enjoys being with his wife and two children. He is an avid basketball and soccer player. He loves the outdoors and enjoys the St. George weather.

Andrew has been with McMullin Injury Law since 2013. He became a partner at the firm in 2018. Andrew has successfully handled hundreds of personal injury cases and obtained millions of dollars for his clients. Andrew is extremely passionate about being able to truly help people who need it the most by making insurance companies do what's right. Andrew graduated from The Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. A.S.U. is the 5th ranked law school in the western United States. While in law school, Andrew was a Dean’s Recruitment Award recipient, a Charles E. Jones Scholar recipient, and he earned the Pedrick Scholar Award for excellence in academic achievement. He also won the “CALI Excellence for the Future Award” for achieving the highest grade in a practical application clinic entitled, “The Litigation Experience.” This was the crowning achievement of Andrew’s legal education as litigation and courtroom techniques had been his focus throughout his law school experience. Andrew also served as the judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Bruce R. Cohen of the Maricopa County Superior Court. Andrew's legal practice focuses primarily on personal injury, workers compensation, and civil litigation. Prior to moving to Arizona for law school, Andrew graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Communication from Dixie State University. While at Dixie State, he earned The Dean’s Scholarship, and he worked as the play-by-play broadcaster for Dixie State College basketball and football. Andrew’s background is in sales and marketing. He worked full-time jobs while earning both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctorate degree. He gets great satisfaction out of putting his skills into practice by helping clients recover what is fair after an injury. Big insurance companies have teams of attorneys at their disposal. Nathan Langston was raised here in St. George, Utah. He can relate to our locals in that some of us may be a bit hesitant to even contact a personal injury attorney. Nate gets it, and he can help. Nate is the head of the litigation department at McMullin Injury Law. Before joining our firm in 2018, Nate spent most of the last decade working at three different large personal injury law firms across the State of Utah. He has an enormous amount of experience in litigating cases through lawsuits once negotiations with the insurance company break down. Nate is a seasoned trial lawyer with a vast amount of jury trial experience. His experience in personal injury motion practice is second to none in Southern Utah. Nate knows all too well the runaround we Southern Utahn’s get when dealing with insurance claims departments. He loves being available to his clients to walk them through the process and answer any questions. His breadth of litigation and trial experience has given Nate the reputation of a bit of a bulldog. Nate graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and then stayed at the U to complete law school as well. His legal education from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah gave Nate exposure to top-notch legal training in a variety of areas of the law. Nate enjoys off-roading and camping in Utah’s Dixie National Forest with his family. He also loves board sports including snowboarding, skimboarding on the Virgin River, and Onewheeling around his neighborhood. Nate is married and has two young children.

Anthony McMullin is the founding partner of McMullin Injury Law and the firm carries his name. Anthony was raised in St. George, Utah—the same town where the main office of McMullin Injury Law is located. He completed coursework for a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Public Relations at Southern Utah University (SUU) in 2006. After college, he was accepted to the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University where he earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree in 2008. During law school, he honed his researching skills as a Research Assistant for Professor Bruce C. French, a law professor and a licensed practicing attorney. Anthony’s ability to research and understand important information about a case is something that his current clients greatly appreciate. After he graduated from law school, Anthony accepted a position at Jacob Hafter & Associates in Las Vegas, Nevada. At this law firm, he focused on real estate transactions and loan modifications. Although he enjoyed his work in Las Vegas, he moved back to St. George in 2009 to help clients who have been injured by the negligent actions of someone else. Anthony is skilled at negotiating with insurance adjusters on behalf of his clients. He understands that people who have been hurt in accidents are facing difficult physical and, often, financial challenges. For those reasons, he is a strong advocate for his clients. Everyone needs some downtime and Anthony spends his golfing, riding his motorcycle, and being with his wife and children in sunny St. George. As a desert dweller, he favors Southwestern Utah’s clear sunny days over the snow and rain of colder climates. While living in Florida for a couple of years during a mission for his church, he developed a love of Cuban food and fresh seafood, but those are tough competitors to his favorite Italian food he gets from the local Pasta Factory. Anthony is a licensed attorney in both Utah and Nevada. He is affiliated with the State Bar of Nevada, the Utah State Bar Association, the Utah State Bar Association Litigation Division, and the Southern Utah Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in all Utah and Nevada State Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the District of Nevada and the District of Utah.

Jantz is the newest attorney at McMullin Injury Law. He has been with our firm since 2022. Jantz works in the litigation team of our firm with Nate Langston and Paul McMullin. Jantz spends 100% of his time litigating cases. That means that when insurance companies won't do what's right, and negotiations break down, Jantz steps in to force their hand. He drafts and files the necessary documents with the court such that we can work towards a judge, jury, or arbitrator deciding what outcome is right so that the insurance company is forced to do the right thing.
